**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
+ Release production orders for kits in response to customer requirements.
+ Release and process delivery notes in SAP P01to initiate the pick and pack process.
+ Process inventory-related transactions and reconcile discrepancies.Complete Post Goods Issue transactions to disburse inventory and initiate invoices.
+ Use Descarte TMS software to obtain mode of transportation, preferred carrier and freight rates for customer orders and to execute documentation for the LTL or small parcels.
+ Prepare shipping documentation. Create waybills, commercial invoice, and Shipping Letter of Intent for export shipments to ensure quick and accurate processing through Customs.
+ Use Global Trade Management software to file customs export documentation according to government regulations.
+ Provide export documentation/ required paperwork to transportation carriers, customers and the customer service team.
+ Contact transportation dispatchers to schedule pick-up of parcel and freight shipments.
+ Assist Customer Service with order changes that are already packed or on a delivery note.
+ Create carrier loading schedules for tow motor operators.
+ Vacation coverage as needed.

+ Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management.

Job Description Summary: The Rail Supply Chain Analyst has the responsibility of scheduling the loaded and empty Airgas Argon Railcar Fleet. The Analyst works closely with Distribution, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries to select US and Canada destinations in the Argon Supply Chain.
- Execute the Ortec Supply Chain Design plan on optimizing the rail car fleet. Analyze all rail routes to improve transit/turn times with the RSI software program in order to plan an optimized LAR rail schedule for our 175+ railcar fleet. Actively works to improve rail detention time at rail depots work with railroads to identify and correct issues related to routing, spotting, etc. Makes recommendations on utilizing rail vs. truck, in conjunction with distribution, Supply Chain and Logistics. Support LAR Supply Chain Manager on continuous improvement projects.
- Identify/track rail product losses and provide recommendations on reductions. Ensure all rail shipments are accurately billed in ALTO on a monthly basis. Compile and complete rail reports on a monthly basis.
- Works closely with Railcar Fleet Maintenance team diagnosing and resolving issues with railcars at the source and destination
- Manages the LAR inventory levels at all rail depots to ensure customer supply is met. Works closely with the AMG Logistics and Air Liquide Large Industries team(s) to manage LAR truck deliveries required for loading rail, including managing/scheduling 3rd party carriers dedicated to this task.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in rail transportation or logistics industry required
- Advanced knowledge of Google applications (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
- Ability to operate custom supply chain software (ALTO, PI)
- Ability to be on-call after normal working hours due to the 24-hour nature of our business.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Industrial Gas supply chain experience
- 2 years RSI software experience

This role reports to the President of Global Maintenance and Product Support. Duties & Responsibilities Synchronize supply chain for optimum efficiency and costs. Develop and deploy strategy to support Operational Excellence and long-range plan. Optimize procure-to-pay process. Organize and direct sourcing activities for value, quality, inventory, and delivery. Develop and nurture strong supplier relationships. Lead, support, and provide metrics for sector commodity programs and COE. Ensure continuity of supply. Drive rationalization and CI through Life Cycle Strategic Commodity Business Planning Process and Supplier Stratification Index. Develop a highly effective team through selection, development, mentoring. Develop and manage global commodity and supply chain strategies. Deliver year over year material cost productivity improvement. Collaboratively develop vision, strategy and roadmap for future Supply Chain. Develop the Supply Chain and Sourcing policy deployment plan to support the Business Operating System. Set standards and metrics for measuring results and supplier performance. Education & Experience Advanced Degree in Relevant Field (PhD,etc) CPIM/CPM certification preferred. Advanced IMS Software Experience LEAN/Six Sigma background. Required Skills & Qualifications 10-15 years strategic sourcing experience in a world-class global manufacturing or similar company. Excellent financial acumen especially as related to sourcing and supply chain. Fully knowledgeable of technology and software solutions in world class environments. Competent in at least one Enterprise Software brand. (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, etc). Experience with contemporary supplier integration techniques and processes. In-depth materials management expertise with successes in customer service, inventory, and cost. High level negotiating skills. Excellent organizational skills. Selects and develops the best players. Key job responsibilities
The Inventory Supply Chain Planner is responsible for optimizing inventory levels, managing supply chain operations, and ensuring efficient product flow to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maintaining service levels. The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for all activities related to demand/supply planning from production forecasts to finished good delivery including day-to-day communication and management of OEM partners, as it relates to planning and order fulfillment within assigned planning segment. This person has a business orientation and is responsible for working within the local and remote Operations team driving planning and order fulfillment. In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
-Develop and maintain optimal inventory levels across all locations
-Monitor stock levels and implement reorder points
-Create and manage safety stock policies
-Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory
-Conduct regular inventory audits
Supply Planning
-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
-Develop replenishment strategies
-Manage purchase orders and delivery schedules
-Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any gaps in supply plans preventing meeting order schedule
-Monitor supplier performance and lead times
-Identify and qualify alternative suppliers when needed
-Act as the primary liaison between the OEM and greater team monitoring, managing and driving the OEM to assure goals and schedules are being met within planning segment
Demand Planning
-Collaborate with sales teams to understand future requirements and forecast customer demand using historical data and market trends
-Adjust forecasts based on seasonal variations and market conditions
-Monitor forecast accuracy and make necessary adjustments
Analysis & Reporting
-Generate regular inventory reports and KPIs
-Analyze supply chain metrics and identify improvement opportunities
-Track and report inventory turnover rates
-Develop cost-saving initiatives
-Create executive summaries and presentations
Cross-functional Collaboration
-Work with warehouse teams to optimize storage and handling
-Coordinate with finance regarding inventory valuations
-Partner with logistics on transportation planning
-Collaborate with production planning teams to create master production schedule using the capacity plan, material clear to build report, and demand inputs
-Schedule and host meetings with manufacturing partners globally as required, reducing and eliminating shortages
-Work with Finance, Sales planning, Sourcing, Engineering and other teams to monitor and report budget
-Promote process improvement and standardization of across all sites in the network
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years Planning experience in a consumer market Segment Company using systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle
- 2+ years Supply Chain management experience
- Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel
- Understanding (and practical application) of LEAN
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- APICS certified
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to senior management, peers, and team members
- A keen, flexible and intellect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects successfully
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing preferred
