The Senior Manager, Commercial & FRM Operations will lead and support two critical CARVYKTI field teams: Field Reimbursement Managers and Cell Therapy Experience Leads. This role is vital for maximizing the productivity of these teams to achieve organizational goals and ensure optimal business results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Serve as Core member of field leadership team**
+ Own operational strategy development by proactive engagement with senior leaders and field teams
+ Recommend field operational effectiveness strategies and quality of customer interactions (i.e. benchmarking and ATUs)
+ Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities to inform decision-making
+ **Team Leadership and Collaboration:**
+ Serve as a liaison between your teams and broader organizational entities such as Sales Leadership, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Compliance
+ Promote a positive culture and high-performance environment within and across field teams
+ **Performance and Metrics Management:**
