- Strong knowledge of video conferencing management & troubleshooting. Able to work with SIP, H323, firewall traversal, call routing, Pexip Infinity, Poly Clariti, and integrate with cloud conferencing platforms like Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx.
- Understand and can troubleshoot IP network connections involving entities like firewall, DNS, IP ports, network routing, QOS, VPN, Zscaler, latency, jitter, packet loss.
- Able to architect projects and provide technical recommendations about emerging needs.
- Familiar with configuring and troubleshooting hardware VTC devices, software VTC clients, and Microsoft Teams Room devices, e.g. Crestron Flex.
- Some experience with laptop troubleshooting to support a local team.
- Able to provide support to remote enterprise VTC customers and external VTC partners.
- Able to manage servers, e.g. manage backups, perform basic Windows/Linux OS troubleshooting, patch/upgrade OS and applications.
