IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
• Have direct involvement with our most strategic Commercial customers.
• Be an expert in Snowflake government offerings and help customers with complex topics like air gap, data flows, and other key scenarios
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, participate in product and solution briefings and present Snowflake technology/solution point of view for various business use cases.
• Partner with commercial sales team, solution engineering, product development and channel partners to understand the needs of the customers, as well as our Public Sector teams to stay current in the space
• Strategize on how to navigate and accelerate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based enterprise architecture deliverables as well as drive working sessions to ensure customers are set up for success operationally. Support strategic enterprise pilots / proof-of-concepts.
• Be the voice of the commercial customer identifying industry trends, technical requirements and technical gaps to partner with product management for prioritization.
• Drive repeatability by creating Commercial Government specific technical selling assets (reference architectures, use cases, solution point of views, demos, customer case studies and solutions).
• Collaborate with counterparts in Global and Regional System Integration partners to jointly define Snowflake centric offerings for the Commercial Government industry.
• Identify, recruit and map potential ISV partners and marketplace providers to target reference architecture, data sets and use cases
• Enable the AE + SE communities of practice on selling into regulated markets, industry trends, partner capabilities and solution offerings
• Contribute and participate in industry marketing activities such as webinars, conferences, blogs etc.

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
• 10+ years of technology and architecture experience building, consulting to, and/or implementing technology for Government business units and / or Commercial Companies selling into government, with 3+ years of customer or customer facing (e.g. federal or contractor) architecture development experience
• Excellent understanding of Government data topics and are well-versed in the overall challenges and opportunities impacting the Government industry, ability to map data requirements and processes for the major functional areas for Government (Supply Chain, RGM, Sales, Marketing, Finance)
• Broad range of experience with technical and design direction including large-scale enterprise and system architecture views of commercial and semi-commercial government systems
• Understanding of Data Science & Machine Learning concepts and applications in the Commercial Government industry
• Familiarity with key sources of government enterprise data, technologies, and budget/accreditation processes.
• Outstanding communication skills, including presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences
• Experience working with senior executives and an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leadership (e.g. SES, Flag Officers, PMs)
• The ability to travel to customer sites, industry events and other related events as required
• Experience with government and past/current government security clearance is preferred
• 3+ years of customer or customer facing (e.g. federal or contractor) architecture development experience

THOR Solutions is a government contractor operating primarily in the Navy, Coast Guard, and other DoD/Federal spaces. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading opportunity capture and proposal writing efforts, working with existing THOR BD personnel and other internal and external stakeholders. Typical Responsibilities:

  • Overall Proposal Coordination: Working closely with operation Capture Managers to lead the development and submission of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.   • Proposal Development/Technical Writing: Prepare clear, concise, and compelling technical documents and proposals. The Government Travel Consultant provides professional travel service assistance to specific federal government agencies, as prescribed in active service contracts.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Secure air, car and hotel accommodations for contracted government agencies.

CI Azumano is seeking an experienced Government Travel Consultant to support our military customer. This position is on-site in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and the hours are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

The Government Travel Consultant provides professional travel service assistance to specific federal government agencies, as prescribed in active service contracts.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Secure air, car and hotel accommodations for contracted government agencies.
  • Ensure that all aspects of booked travel (domestic and international) adhere to all government travel regulations, and validate that a high quality of accommodation and transportation is secured.
  • Ensure all queues are maintained throughout the day.
  • Initiate cancellation or reservation change processes to their completion, where applicable, to include expedient client agency notification.
  • Provide updates, as necessary, to client agencies to ensure their full awareness of information and status relating to the pending travel.
  • Conduct routine research of travel industry changes, trends and offerings to ensure they are working with the most up-to-date information when advising client agencies.
  • Maintain a professional customer service attitude and demeanor at all times while providing quality service, timely and accurate completion of travel arrangements and recommending value-added services to the client agency

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of corporate or government travel consulting experience

Competencies/Job Knowledge

  • Travel industry experience
  • Proactive approach to systems and processes.
  • Working knowledge of WorldSpan and SABRE GDS
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
