This role supports the growth and execution of key online commerce initiatives and works closely with leadership to manage and optimize third-party relationships, especially focused on floral and cemetery products. This position also plays a key role in expanding SCI's eCommerce gifting footprint across location-specific pages.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Floral Program Support**
+ Assists in managing SCI's Friends and Family partnership with Teleflora, including reviewing website and sales performance metrics, maintaining pricing, and supporting merchandising updates.
+ Maintains reporting and analytics on driving awareness and website traffic to our Teleflora landing page
+ Manages KPIs for location and customer satisfaction for Friends and Family floral program
+ Ideates and project manages A/B testing to drive sessions, conversion, AOV and customer satisfaction metrics.
+ Supports the optimization of SCI's cemetery flower program in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners including customer-facing and internal-facing communications.
+ Acts as key stakeholder in managing the cemetery flowers website presence and performance and primary home office support for participating cemetery flowers locations
+ Assists in vendor management of our floral programs
**Website Initiatives**
+ Helps manage the implementation of eCommerce and gifting components on funeral home and cemetery location pages, including CTAs and conversion optimization.
+ Works cross-functionally with digital, UX, and content teams to ensure accurate and compelling presentation of product and service offerings.
+ Supports A/B testing and measurement of web page enhancements to improve customer experience and conversion.
+ Develops project briefs, timelines and KPIs for revenue driving initiatives
**Competitive Analysis**
+ Conducts regular competitive benchmarking and industry research across sympathy gifting and funeral home websites.
+ Summarizes findings to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities for SCI.
+ Maintains a library of competitor screenshots, features, and product assortments to share with internal stakeholders.
**Reporting and Optimization**
+ Assists in tracking KPIs and generating performance reports for vendor programs and eCommerce tests.
+ Uses tools such as Google Analytics, LookerStudio, Tableau and vendor dashboards to evaluate success and recommend improvements.
**MINIMUM** **REQUIREMENTS**

As a Growth Marketing Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

· Executing integrated marketing initiatives that generate leads for the business – this includes strategic events, email drip campaigns, and referral marketing programs.

· Executing regionalized strategies for different customer segments across Canada

· Identifying customer pain points and building lifecycle content that aligns with their concerns and priorities.

· Developing segmented nurture campaigns that guide prospects through the customer journey

· Optimizing performance at each stage of customer journey and continuously iterating for engagement across channels.

Availability

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Specialist focused on paid acquisition, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our global contributor base. You will work with members of the growth marketing team, responsible for setting up, managing and optimizing campaigns across Google (and potentially other similar channels that we pilot). You will have a deep understanding of the Google platform, with a proven track record of setting up, managing and optimizing multiple campaigns on Google. There will be opportunities to also leverage your skills on other platforms that we pilot - but prior experience on them is not required.

This opportunity is for a fully-remote contractor position.

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management: Work with regional growth marketing leads across different regions to set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google to acquire contributors worldwide.
  2. Platform Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, search/keyword and bidding strategies, and reporting.
  3. Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement tactics to optimize key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, cost per acquisition).
  4. Process Design: Help build strong internal processes for setting up, managing and reporting on campaigns on Google.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to the growth marketing team and leadership.
  6. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on the latest trends, and best practices in marketing on Google.

Qualifications

  1. 2-3+ years of experience in managing paid marketing campaigns on Google and other channels (strong focus on experience with Google).
  2. Understanding of campaign management, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization techniques on Google.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns on Google and other channels.
  6. Experience working with ad platform account managers/partners.

Pay: $37.50$62.50/hr
