**Job Description**
Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. The ideal candidate for this position would possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers. In addition, this candidate would be self-motivated and ready to assist the managers with any tasks that need to be executed to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. This person would be knowledgeable of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.
**Pay Rates Starting between: $17.95 - $26.68 / hour**
**Qualifications**
+ Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
+ Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
+ Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
+ Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
+ Background check is required

The **Guest Ambassador** serves as a liaison between patients/visitors and the organization. This position welcomes guests, provides visitor passes and communicates directions, hospital policies, procedures, and services and safeguards patient visitation rights.
***Hours Vary between 7:00am - 3:00pm - 11:am 7 :pm***
**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:**
+ High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
+ 1-2 years working experience
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, visible environment while maintaining a professional and confident demeanor in stressful situations.
+ Highly resourceful, efficient, and organized with excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills.
+ Computer skills.
**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:**
+ Associates and/or Bachelor's degree.
+ 1-2 years experience in front desk/reception or hospitality experience
+ Patient Advocacy Certification.
