Technical Program Manager - Hardware (RF & Digital) Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple RF & digital hardware programs from initiation to productization including roadmap planning, resourcing and budgeting, product definition, specifications/features, and driving key customer engagements.
  • Lead program management for critical hardware initiatives, manage risks, establish framework to ensure effective cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications
  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/CS/CE/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical/engineering degree
  • 7+ years of experience within technology organizations, with at least 3 years in program management or operational roles with end-to-end management of complex RF & digital subsystems and solutions
  • Must be self-motivated and tenacious with a demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver results
  • Experience leading cross functional technical teams
  • Proven ability to track progress to goal against monthly and quarterly plans, manage dashboard, risk management, and keep team and program on time
  • Proven ability to effectively manage end-to-end complex programs and strategic initiatives
  • Proven external and internal customer interface skills; ability to build relationships, gather data, and report out on progress to plan
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate across Labs and executives

Basic Qualifications
