- Maintain lab operations: calibrations, safety protocols, and equipment upkeep
- Build and test prototypes under guidance
- Document and report test results clearly
- Handle test materials and chemicals safely.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of lab or technician experience in a regulated environment
- Experience following written procedures and working in a team
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 1+ year of lab or R&D experience
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and execute test procedures as designed.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with lab and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills to address routine technical issues.
- Proficiency in using personal computers and related software.
- Capacity to train junior technicians in a team-oriented environment
