Job Summary:
Develops product strategy for a market, product type or product line of business (LOB) in addition to performing regular ideation sessions focused on building a robust product pipeline to achieve market goals. Brings the organization together to perform product feasibility on any initiative, product type or portfolio. Writes and develops for complex business-development initiatives. Drives the development and maintenance of their market, product type, or product LOB requirements and ensuring they meet the needs of the market, members, and KP objectives. Manages a defined set of product implementations from simple to complex across markets, products, LOBs, and post-implementation transition to operations. Develops and delivers all product training and change management actives across their respective markets, products, and LOBs. Leverages a deep understanding and experience of product policy, end-to-end product administration, and content area knowledge working with Underwriting, Actuarial Services, Regulatory, and Benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

As Treasury Management Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping product strategy and executing a vision that results in a Treasury Management product solutions roadmap that drives profitability and growth. These products include online/mobile, payments, receivables, account analysis, and referral partnerships.

The Product Manager will be held accountable for product revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction and will build deep relationships with Technology and Operations teams, Business Lines, Marketing, and key stakeholders to develop, implement, promote, and maintain solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, but also requires the ability to shift into the details to make informed decisions when required.

Additionally, other responsibilities which will define success include redesigning and managing the Treasury Management product ecosystem, including design, technology support, delivery, reporting, and profitability. You will be expected to define and develop client-level requirements, features, value proposition and experiences for banking product offerings. To maintain a competitive edge, you will perform model analysis to support new development, enhancements, and product changes. Lastly, you will produce presentations and reports to support product line enhancements and to validate success.

Below are the Minimum Requirements for consideration:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Commercial, Business, or Treasury Management banking, sales, product, support fields, or an equivalent combination of each
  • Proven track record of executing and delivering results that have a clear impact to business line.

**As the Lead Product Management & Development** for the Business Indirect Channel, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic channel transformation initiatives. You will translate complex strategies into simplified processes, innovative sales motions, and advanced go-to-market models that elevate partner experiences and drive measurable revenue growth. Your ability to collaborate across business, technology, UX, and partner ecosystems will be key to delivering scalable solutions and accelerating sales productivity.
**What you'll do:**
- Lead Product & Transformation Lifecycle Management: Drive initiatives from concept through launch to performance optimization, managing budgets, capital funding requests, and cross-functional execution to achieve key performance indicators.
- Define and Document Requirements: Translate strategic priorities into clear business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and partner-focused user experience designs that improve speed, ease of use, and satisfaction.
- Conduct Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and partner growth opportunities to size and prioritize initiatives for maximum channel impact and ROI.
- Develop and Maintain Roadmaps: Create comprehensive product and transformation roadmaps aligned with market demands and corporate growth objectives; prioritize capital allocation and track delivery progress.
- Collaborate Across Stakeholders: Work closely with business units, technology teams, UX designers, vendors, and legal to implement Salesforce solutions and modern sales tools that enhance functionality, cost efficiency, and partner support.
- Negotiate and Optimize Vendor Partnerships: Enhance product features, cost structures, and support by negotiating effectively with vendors and technology partners.
**What you'll need:**
**-** Product Lifecycle & Transformation Management: Proven ability to lead complex product and business transformation initiatives end-to-end.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Expertise in conducting detailed market research and translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Agile & Sales Tooling Experience: Hands-on experience leading agile transformations and deploying sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.
- Budget & Capital Management: Experience managing budgets, capital requests, and delivering results against KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong skills working with diverse teams including technology, UX, marketing, pricing, legal, and contracting.
**What you'll bring:**
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years leading agile or business transformation projects, including Salesforce implementations and sales tooling.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in relevant agile or transformation disciplines.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives with autonomy, influence senior leadership decisions, mentor talent, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
