**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field and completion of coursework from an accredited Master of Healthcare Administration program or similar degree plan.
**Preferred Qualifications:**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
During the 12-month fellowship which begins in June of 2026, the Administrative Fellow will work under the supervision and mentorship the Health System's Executive Leadership Team. The Fellow will complete rotations in areas throughout the health system, participate in individual and group projects, provide support to Hospital/Clinic Administration, and complete all written assignments required by their graduate program (if applicable).

As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Health System Director of Pharmacy at Great Falls Clinic Hospital, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws at both locations. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team. You will assist with the security of the pharmacies and controlled substances, assist in recruitment and hiring of pharmacy staff, ensure all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements are being met, ensure provision of optimal services, and enhance financial performance.
Schedule: This position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday, however, hours may vary, and can be long and irregular to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Starting Pay: $150K-$170K (based on related work experience) + Bonus eligibility

About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy is open 24/7 and the centralized pharmacy utilizes TouchPoint and Meditech.
Required Qualifications:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
- Current Montana Pharmacist license in good standing
- 3+ years of recent Pharmacy Director experience in a complex health system
- At least 5 years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital setting
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy services. Proficient in the use and application of new medications and technology

Compensation: $35 to $55 depending on years of experience
Position Overview
The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and implements evidence-based interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Working in collaboration with physicians and rehabilitation staff, the therapist provides direct patient care, family education, and clinical supervision as needed. This role also contributes to program development, staff education, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans in alignment with physician prescriptions
- Implement therapy interventions to address physical disabilities, injuries, and disorders
- Provide patient and family education, including instruction in home exercise programs
- Document treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with standards
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and Athletic Trainers to coordinate patient care
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to students and assist with staff development
- Participate in program development, staff meetings, and departmental committees
- Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and training opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate or Master's preferred)
- Current Wisconsin Physical Therapy license (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently
