**Essential Job Duties:**
+ Manage critical PACE functions including, but not limited to, hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring staff, and ensuring clear and effective workflows
+ Develop, plan, and facilitate an effective IDT and other participant-care related meetings, ensuring that they are organized and engaging, and that follow-up items are documented and tracked
+ Effectively oversee staff within their reporting structure to drive quality care and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and key regulatory requirements
+ Collaborate to achieve high participant outcomes with shared participant services, including but not limited to, home care, home health, transportation, central call center support, and utilization management
+ Oversee the WelbeHealth program site, supplies and equipment management, which includes monitoring and coordinating all ongoing maintenance and vendor oversight
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health admin, health care management, nursing administration, gerontology, social work, business administration; five (5) or more years of relevant management experience may be substituted; master's degree preferred
+ Professional experience in a relevant field such as nursing, social work, psychology, or recreational/occupational/physical therapy, with demonstrated competence in working with frail elderly living at home required
+ Minimum of seven (7) years of experience, three (3) of which must be in a supervisory capacity, managing a senior health care program, outpatient clinic, or healthcare facility
+ Multi-disciplinary management experience (nursing, social work, rehab)
+ Value-based care preferred

This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is 237,500 - 317,250. The Director of Healthcare Operations serves as a site representative at an assigned healthcare location for all administration and management matters directly related to the specific healthcare site.
Responsibilities include:
- Executes the provision of administrative and employment services
- Serves as the initial point of contact for the assigned healthcare locations’ leadership on administration and management issues
- Works with Company Departments to ensure system-wide compliance at the assigned healthcare location
- Serves as a project manager to administrative and clinical managers at the assigned healthcare location
