We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a cost-effective manner, while also providing leadership and clinical management to members of the healthcare team.

• Assists the Manager in accountability for ongoing delivery of patient care in designated areas of responsibility;
• Ensures application of the nursing process by Registered Nurses in the clinical setting (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation);
• Coordinates nursing care in collaboration with other healthcare disciplines and assists in integrating services across the continuum of health care;
• Maintains daily unit operations, including staffing, patient visits and/or admissions, discharges and transfers;
