**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel, including any hazards that may be present.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and helping to maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
+ Support the enforcement of facility rules, regulations, and policies to help maintain order within the healthcare location.
+ Work collaboratively with hospital staff and local authorities as needed during incidents and/or emergencies.
+ Complete required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Job Summary:

As a senior healthcare planner at DGA, you will:
- Oversee and provide medical planning expertise to other team members and the firm-wide healthcare practice.
