**Qualifications**
+ 10+ years' experience and demonstrated success in the delivery of complex health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies and analysis in a consulting or brokerage environment

+ Deep understanding and expert knowledge in all aspects of employee benefit plan design, underwriting and funding concepts

**Compensation**
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000.00 to $225,000.00 USD per year.

+ Assists in and tracking of all activities related to recovery and repayment of inappropriate payments discovered as a result of claims audit or investigation.
+ Maintains awareness of fraud, waste and abuse laws and regulations and current industry changes that may impact healthcare revenue cycle services domestic and international through personal initiative, continuing education and peer-to-peer networking.
+ Ensures that the System Director, Compliance is apprised of local, remote and client-network emerging issues, adverse outcomes and/or deficiencies that could impact Bon Secours Mercy Health's public status.
+ Develops educational content on documentation, coding, and trending of non-compliant activities to enhance compliance proficiency and competency, understanding of standards and the consequences of non-compliance.
+ Prepares multi-faceted oral, written and electronic communications and presentations to facilitate discussion, networking, decision-making and proactive responses to meet current and emerging challenges among affected parties and entities.
**Qualifications**
+ CCS, CPC, RHIT, or RHIA required.

+ Implementation Oversight: Ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation, coordinating with various teams

Basic Qualifications:
+ 8+ years' experience working with Healthcare Banking clients with revenues of $500 million and above, including both for-profit and non-profit organizations across a national footprint.
+ 8+ years' experience addressing the complex financial needs of healthcare providers-such as hospitals, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities with a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and patient payment solutions.
+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field

+ Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
+ Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory awareness
+ Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent high-level treasury certification
+ Master's degree (MBA or similar) in a relevant field
+ Recognition for outstanding performance in treasury services sales or corporate banking
+ Established network of industry contacts and involvement in industry associations
+ Deep knowledge of treasury services/products and industry applications
+ Proven high sales performance and client relationship growth

Compensation Range:
$3,000 - 189,000.00 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
