BAART Programs is looking for highly organized, professional and enthusiastic receptionist to handle a multitude of administrative functions in the treatment center. An ideal candidate is able to multitask and ensure the coordination of office activities, partner with clinic staff and maintain the paper flow of clerical functions in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Performs secretarial duties - includes answering phones, forwarding calls, managing mail flow, data entry, reconcile daily money collected, and office inventory control.
- Assist Medical Director/Program Physician/Nurse Practitioner with patient intakes - including scheduling, patient check in, insurance verification, payment collection and follow up calls.
- Assists in obtaining patient histories from other NTP's, building blank patient files for new admissions, archiving discharged files, and prepares and maintains reports and records.
- Office maintenance - ensure children's play area is cleaned, disinfect and clean lab area, clean coffee/beverage area.
- If applicable - facilitate specimen collection from patients, deliver to lab, file results and distribute to counselors
- Other duties, as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1-year prior experience in an office setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional public presentation skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in basic PC skills. Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, program management, medical staff, counselors and peers.
- Ability to maintain routine records and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
Salary ranges from $17.28 to $18.28 an hour.

What You Will Do Documentation coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustical, accessibility, building envelope, life safety, etc.) Coordinate with the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants for healthcare projects (medical office buildings, hospitals, outpatient clinics, surgery centers, community health centers, etc.) Experience delivering healthcare buildings and base buildings is preferred Resolve complex technical and design issues with the team to produce innovative, technical, and constructible solutions Direct production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks Responsible for delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical quality Contribute to the maintenance and oversight of the project manual and specifications Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFIs Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project Actively participate and contribute to the financial performance of a project Review and contribute to proposals and contracts Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school Registered / Licensed Architect 10+ years (preferred) of related experience on healthcare projects, from feasibility studies, pre-design, space programming, and master planning Understanding of healthcare regulations and codes Highly proficient with Revit LEED AP (or in process) preferred Expertise with building codes, standards, and building structures - able to lead and guide our teams and clients with confidence Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Collaborative and team-conscious Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships through successful project delivery This position is in-person and requires weekly out-of-state travel for an internationally recognized healthcare institution. **The base salary will be estimated between $115,000 - $145,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
