Your work will include, but not be limited to: * Lead and manage strategic engagements focused on preparation of Medicaid and Medicare cost reports * Prepare, review, and analyze SNF, Home Health & Hospice Medicare and Medicaid cost reports in accordance with Federal and State regulations * Analyze client financial and operating data in order to identify opportunities to optimize reimbursement rates for clients, while also understanding the clients' operational data from a staffing and expense management standpoint * Provide client accounting assistance as requested * Drive top-line revenue for clients in maximizing reimbursement * Supervise and coordinate activities of consulting staff * Build and manage client relationships, including practice development activities The qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. CPA is a plus, but not required. 5+ years of experience in post- acute healthcare reimbursement including Medicare, Medicaid and cost reporting Strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with the ability to identify variances and identify opportunities to improve processes & procedures Proficient technical skills, including those required to be proficient with financial accounting and reporting systems and MS Office Ability to exercise extreme confidentiality and effectively communicate with client personnel Staff members working onsite at healthcare clients will be required to have updated immunizations per client compliance requirements with federal workplace safety guidelines Ability to travel approximately 10% - 15% Preferred locations in Cleveland, Columbus, and Chicago. • Develop, monitor and maintain a project schedule in a collaborative manner by gathering input from the project team during both Pre-construction and construction using Lean principles as appropriate
• Secure all required permitting as needed and set up proper protocols to ensure all required inspections are scheduled, documented and ultimately approved.
• Lead the effort in the on-boarding and contract negotiations with trade partners and 3rd party vendors and ensure that the buyout is in alignment with the project budget.
• Work with the Pre-construction team, architects, engineers and trade partners to coordinate the BIM and oversee any conflict resolution.
• Effectively communicate the project status to client and to company leadership using detailed project reporting related to budget, schedule, quality, safety and changes on the project.
• Conduct weekly OAC meetings and provide all required reports and documentation to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status and potential issues.
• Conduct coordination meetings with all trades, vendors and key personnel on a weekly basis.
• Provide monthly invoices and oversee all documentation and approvals needed to ensure timely funding for the project and subsequent payment to trade partners and vendors.
• Work closely with the client, architect and engineers to control and manage any change in scope and provide all impacts and documentation of such to allow for a timely decision to be made, such as cost, schedule and quality implications and obtain the Owner's approval.
• Oversee the performance and quality of inspections throughout the project to eliminate the need for re-work and lead the effort to close out the project through proper punch list protocols.
• Collaboratively work with the project superintendent, trade partners and client to develop and enforce a project safety plan.
• Assist with the documentation of project scope and the plan development and verify that the design meets the contractual obligation on a periodic basis.
• Provide technical assistance in the selection of other partners, subcontractors and suppliers required to complete the project
• Oversee the design documents and ensure that version control is always maintained with all members of the team.
• Collaborate on the creation of project phasing plans with project team and align with schedule and estimated costs.
• Participate as needed to support the business development effort in project pursuits, including participation in strategic planning sessions and interview process.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Architecture or equivalent
• 3+ years project management experience, and senior project management experience.
• Previous healthcare, MOB, hospital, or life sciences projects preferred
• True leadership experience managing teams, client management, goal setting and achieving.
• Someone who is internally motivated to grow a company and lead.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Having experience with Cost +, negotiated work, MS Project, and Pro-core.
• CPM scheduling and planning.
• Has ability to estimate change orders, pay apps, etc

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Summary**

Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and issue/risk management.

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**

+ Proven depth of understanding and demonstrable results for effective management of intermediate to large-scale projects, using prescribed approach(as). Solid knowledge of methods and techniques involved in project management initiatives.

+ Work with IT and business teams to set up/ amend new/ existing healthplans and new lines of business.

+ Must have experience in merger and acquisitions

+ Familiarity with SDLC.

+ Must have strong experience in Jira and smartsheets is preferred

+ Knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace is highly preferred.

+ Able to develop detailed project plans, communication plans, schedules, role definition, risk management and assumptions.

+ Complete mastery of standard applications and project specific software. Able to learn new software with little to no instruction within a short timeframe and instruct others on its functionality.

+ Identifies problems and anticipates potential problems. Ability to present alternatives to manage/overcome obstacles.

+ May consultant with higher level project management staff and may refer to established procedures and/or prior experience to determine appropriate and timely action. Projects may have moderate cross functional impact and team organization.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required Education**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 PM course required

**Required Experience**

2-4 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or a related field in lieu of degree acceptable.

**Preferred Education**

Additional formal training in PM preferred.

**Preferred License, Certification, Association**

PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired.
