Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Provider
Data Analyst to support our credentialing and claims operations. This role
involves converting and interpreting provider data, assessing claim routing,
and ensuring accurate provider profiles within our systems. The ideal candidate
will have a strong understanding of provider data, be comfortable working with

Key Responsibilities:
+ Convert and validate provider data from credentialing sources.
+ Read and interpret UB and CMs forms to determine provider status (contracted vs. non-contracted).
+ Assess whether claims can be routed to existing provider profiles or if new profiles need to be created.
+ Maintain and update provider data accurately in EZCap.
+ Support the transition from QNXT to EZCap, ensuring data integrity and continuity.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in cross-training initiatives.
+ Take initiative in identifying process improvements and supporting team goals.
Qualifications:
