We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Shift Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will utilize the nursing process and organizational/ leadership skills to coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift.

• Coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift.
• Assure patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served.
• Collaborate with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patients' needs are met.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
