Develops, plans, implements, analyzes, and organizes clinical operations for a specific location managed.
Conducts/delegates the assessment and reassessment of patients, including updating of care plans and interpreting patient needs, while adhering to Company, physician, and/or health facility procedures/policies.
Responsible for and oversees the delivery of care to all patients served by the location. Reviews available patient information related to the case, including disciplines required, to determine home health or hospice needs. Instructs and guides clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality home care services, and is available at all times during operating hours to assist clinicians as appropriate.
Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, in setting priorities, and in developing patient Plan of Care (POC).
Monitors cases to ensure documentation is in compliance with regulatory agencies and requirements of third-party payers. Ensures final audits/billing are completed timely and in compliance with Medicare regulations.
Coordinates communication between team members/attendingphysicians/caregiversto ensure the appropriateness of care and outcome planning.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Handles necessary employee corrective action and discipline issues fairly and objectively, in consultation with the Human Resources Department and the Executive Director/Director of Operations.
Participates in the interviewing, hiring, training, and development of direct care clinicians. Evaluates their performance relative to job goals and requirements. Ensures adherence to internal policies and standards.
Analyzes situations, identifies problems, identifies and evaluates alternative courses of action through the utilization of Performance Improvement principles.
Responsible for review of the appropriate number of Case Managers and clinical staff documentation to include starts-of-care, resumption-of-cares, and re-certifications, for appropriateness of care, delivery, and documentation requirements.
Works with Utilization Review staff relative to data tracking for performance review and outcomes of care analysis to determine efficiency, the efficacy of case management system as well as any other systems and process. Competently performs patient care assignments and staff management activities.
Provides direct patient care on an infrequent basis and only in times of emergency.
Interprets Company standards and Company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with external regulatory authorities and ensures that caregiver clinical documentation meets internal standards.
Participates in performance improvement activities, maintains ongoing clinical knowledge through internal and external training programs. Maintains relationships with referral/community sources. Participates in professional organizations and conducts care-related programs.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
Two years as a Registered Nurse with at least one-year of management experience in a home care, hospice or equivalent environment.
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. Commercial Construction Superintendent - Healthcare & Life Sciences

Job Description:

A Superintendent directs the work flow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and HITT safety and quality standards. The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. The Superintendent communicates project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and administering the HITT safety program to include all subcontractors, ensuring that all accidents/incidents are promptly reported and investigated, and assisting in safety inspections by outside agencies
  • Maintain HITT quality standards for all aspects of the project
  • Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved
  • Maintain daily log of all activities and site conditions, while managing the punch list and closeout process through owner/architect acceptance
  • Work with the project manager in formulating project schedule, ensuring that the proper methods and sequence of installation are followed, making and following through with schedule commitments, and maintaining HITT quality standards
  • Maintain good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project, developing relationships within the community which enhance business opportunities, and ensuring subcontractors are treated fairly
  • Ensure complete, accurate daily documentation of work orders/tickets, understanding subcontractor scope of work to avoid unnecessary change orders, and identifying problems early and act immediately to provide solutions
  • Develop and organize the site team, arranging for temporary facilities/utilities for the site, and identifying long lead items that need to be expedited
  • Collaborate with the project manager and site operations team throughout the life of the project
Qualifications
  • A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
  • In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable.
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, fast paced project experience all a plus
  • Mastery of building processes and best practices
  • Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
  • Project lead experience preferred Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead experience preferred
  • Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam,
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs

Compensation in other cities and states may vary.
