Registered Nurse
Full Time/Part Time: Full time
Shifts include 9:00am - 6:300pm, 10:00am - 7:30pm, or 11:00am - 10:30pm. Weekend rotation required (every 5th Saturday)
Required Travel: no
Provides professional nursing care according in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies and procedures. Employs critical thinking skills, assesses patients' condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients' progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.

Position OverviewThis Legal Intern position provides hands-on experience in corporate entity management and healthcare compliance within a corporate legal department. The intern will support the maintenance of global legal entities while gaining practical experience in healthcare regulatory compliance and developing essential knowledge management systems to improve departmental efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities: Corporate Entity Management- Maintain governance documentation for 16 global legal entities, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
- Update and organize corporate records, including articles, bylaws, and board resolutions
- Track annual filing requirements and deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with preparation of materials for board and shareholder meetings, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation
- Research current healthcare regulations relevant to company operations
- Draft and update compliance policies to align with regulatory requirements
- Monitor regulatory changes in the healthcare industry and prepare summary reports for the legal team
- Develop and organize a comprehensive legal SharePoint site for improved information access
- Create user-friendly FAQ sections addressing common legal questions from business users
- Compile and organize information required for US state government contracts
- Standardize legal templates to ensure consistency and reduce preparation time
- Creating a playbook for the customer service team based on best practices and team feedback
- Create and enhance contract templates for Sensory business , including distributor agreements, private label agreements, and confidentiality agreements
- Support additional legal department initiatives as assigned based on business needs and the intern's interests
- Assist with special projects that may arise during the internship period
- Current law student (LLM, 2L or 3L preferred)
- Strong contract drafting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of corporate governance principles
- Interest in healthcare law and regulatory compliance
- Previous internship experience in a corporate legal department

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to join its Turnaround & Restructuring Advisory practice. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep financial acumen, operational insight, and a proven track record of guiding companies through complex financial and operational challenges. The Director will lead client engagements and contribute to business development efforts across distressed and special situations.
This role can be fully remote. It requires prior bankruptcy case management experience and direct exposure to distressed healthcare companies. The Director will primarily focus on debtor-side advisory, supporting healthcare organizations navigating the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage debtor-side client engagements involving turnaround, restructuring, liquidity management, and performance improvement, with a strong focus on healthcare companies.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for underperforming or distressed healthcare organizations, including operational restructuring, cost reduction, and working capital optimization.
- Advise clients on all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including preparation for Chapter 11 filings, stakeholder negotiations, and court reporting requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis, including 13-week cash flow forecasts, business plan reviews, and liquidation analyses.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the bankruptcy lifecycle.
- Support business development initiatives, including proposal development, client pitches, and relationship management.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting restructuring and insolvency, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CIRA/CPA/CFA preferred.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in turnaround & restructuring.
- Prior bankruptcy case management experience is required.
- Experience advising distressed healthcare companies, particularly on the debtor side during Chapter 11 proceedings, is required.
- Experience working with private equity sponsors, lenders, legal advisors, and other stakeholders in distressed situations.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and client relationships.
- Familiarity with Chapter 11 bankruptcy processes and related legal frameworks is essential.
All-in Compensation: $300,000 to $400,000
