You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The Director of Operations will create the plan and build the appropriate team to see the plan through. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. Our ideal candidate has experience working directly for a healthcare software company, preferably an electronic health record (EHR) software platform.

This is a hybrid remote position as it will require extensive travel, 50% - 75%.
Job Description
- Own the client relationships to assure 100% satisfaction.
- Ongoing communication with providers, practices, IDG operations team, IDG leadership, RCM, accounting, and vendors on day-to-day related activities concerning releases, features, support, etc.
- Implement metrics to measure performance of relationships.
- Manage the operations side of customer support and work with the support team to enhance both the provider and patient experience.
- Oversee the team that trains practices for new implementations to ensure smooth and successful go-lives.
- Oversee the team that provides ongoing training of all users and stakeholders.
- Manage the operating functions of the business, ensuring the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Oversee marketing efforts to prospective practices.
- Previous experience working for a healthcare software company, specifically Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM).
- Proven business operations experience managing areas such as client relations, customer service, training/implementation, external partners/vendors, compliance, practice relations, marketing and accounting.
- Prior experience building, managing and developing various teams.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Technology savvy Advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.), and able to identify new technology to support operations.
- Previous project management experience surrounding go-lives
- Previous experience working with accounting managing the budget.

Job Summary
Salary: $75,000-$82,000. D.O.E.
This Healthcare Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations in an acute care setting, directing the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.Key Responsibilities:
+ Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
+ Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, and operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation based on Company and regulatory standards
+ Establishes and maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage and work areas
+ Maintains inventory of food and non-food supplies to stay within established guidelines while assuring that necessary product is available when needed
+ Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ A.S. or equivalent experience
+ Three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
+ Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
+ Experienced with computers; to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet
+ Extensive catering experience a plus
+ High volume, complex foodservice operations experience - highly desirable
+ ServSafe certified - highly desirable
