About the Team
In this role, you will be part of a talented product and marketing team that is spearheading Zoom's focus on vertical industry solutions including healthcare. The ability to work closely with sales, product development and other marketing groups to define comprehensive strategies. This includes creating compelling content and position Zoom as the technology partner of choice for healthcare organizations worldwide will be key to this role's success.
Responsibilities
+ Act as Zoom's healthcare subject matter expert, leading cross-functional go-to-market strategies to introduce new products, features, and capabilities for the healthcare industry.
+ Validate healthcare-specific use cases, create competitive differentiation, and support product launches with key narratives to drive awareness and adoption.
+ Collaborate with product management, sales teams, and partners to address industry-specific needs, certifications, regulatory requirements, and integration opportunities.
+ Develop healthcare use cases, pricing, and naming strategies, and partner with application developers to expand cross-platform solutions and go-to-market strategies.
+ Create core content (messaging, videos, presentations, white papers, etc.) and work with sales enablement to develop healthcare-specific training plans.
+ Partner with marketing teams, participate in customer meetings, and attend industry events to evangelize Zoom's healthcare solutions and support revenue growth.
What we're looking for
+ Have professional experience (10+) in sales and/or marketing roles focused on the healthcare industry (healthcare clinical experience is advantageous)
+ Have working knowledge of video conferencing, phone, chat, contact center and other Zoom products
+ Have solid understanding of grant programs, healthcare contracts and healthcare partnerships
+ Have excellent communications skills - written and verbal
+ Experience using quantifiable metrics to measure performance
+ Think globally and consider international requirements
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97 600,00
Maximum:
$225 700,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

**About the role**
The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services to our healthcare client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. The Sr. Project Manager will lead approximately 5-8 construction projects simultaneously consisting of retail fit outs and remodels of plasma donation facilities nationwide.
This job is part of the Project Management function. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. **This is a remote role that requires approximately 40% out-of-town travel to client sites (3 out of 4 weeks a month/2 days per week).**
**What you'll do**
Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct sophisticated requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Facilitate the development of a charter and coordinated timeline.
Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or raised.
Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
Showcase expertise in own job field and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization function.

We currently are seeking a highly motivated Manager, with a focus on provider operations, to manage client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
**Your key responsibilities**
You'll spend most of your time teaming with our provider team working with a broad spectrum of not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare clients, including hospitals, healthcare systems, physician practices and academic medical centers, to assess and redesign clinical processes.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience
+ Approximately 4 years of healthcare consulting experience, preferably with prior experience as a manager (or above), in a consulting firm or in a management role within industry
+ Ability to read and interpret hospital financial statements and contract terms, utilize complex financial models, experience with operational process mapping and experience with healthcare cost reduction planning and implementation
+ Experience with healthcare organization M&A, physician alignment, or financial margin improvement initiatives
+ Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design and implementation support
+ Assist in generating revenue within existing healthcare clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of large healthcare companies
+ Ability to manage a team of staff/senior consulting professionals
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (knows when to lead and when to follow)
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
+ A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is required as neede by the client.
