Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain survival prediction pipelines utilizing multi-omics data to predict survival endpoints.
  • Perform multi-omics integration analysis and pan-study analysis to identify biomarkers predictive of safety and efficacy endpoints.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and lead the application of open-source ML libraries (R and Python) to clinical trial and real-world data.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
