Qualifications  

  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $138,800.00 - $08,200.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of 62,000.00.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. **URGENTLY HIRING ** - LEWISVILLE, TX

Angel Home Healthcare Services is a growing home healthcare provider, servicing Dallas and surrounding counties with quality home health care services. Established in 2008 with a focus on Excellence and Quality care, has enabled growth and expansion over the years.

The company is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse. Minimum of 1 year proven experience in the home health industry as Registered Nurse is preferred.

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate registered nurse field nurses with home health experience. Must have good organizational skills, strong communication skills, strong clinical ability and excellent interpersonal skills. Other duties include comprehensive assessments, charting, assistance with care planning and assistance with care coordination with the interdisciplinary team, monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with requirements of Medicare/third party payers, provide effective communication or counseling to patient/family members. This position will report to the Clinical Director. Will require travel Lewisville & Denton, TX as well as surrounding areas as needed.

Skills / Requirements

Education - Registered nurse:

- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing

- Licensure: Current Texas State license as an RN

Skills:

  • Must have strong clinical nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice but must also be able to communicate with patients and families.
  • Home health experience is preferred.
  • Proven attention to detail skills and decisive decision-making ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using the English language.
  • Medicare experience is a plus.
  • Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is preferred.

Transportation- Must have reliable transportation and current valid auto liability insurance is required.

Pay: Highly competitive visit rates and hourly rates are provided pending per patient case requirements.
