We're looking for an associate who can advise clients as they develop products and services; draft and update privacy policies, procedures, notifications, forms of consent, and related documents; and provide other general privacy counseling.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of:

• Health information privacy (including human subjects research), and facility with federal (HIPAA) and state (CMIA, Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370) health care privacy laws;
• Consumer privacy;
