SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The Assistant Director, Mental Health Clinics provides administrative and clinical leadership to the Adult, ACT, and Child Mental Health Clinics. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinics.
2. Provide clinical oversight and guidance to multidisciplinary teams
3. Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements
4. Collaborate with medical directors and psychiatrists to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
5. Assist with budget development and management
6. Oversee clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow
7. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
8. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
10. Collaborate with Finance to ensure that all billing is accurate, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements, and that revenue cycle process are optimized to support the financial sustainability of the Mental Health clinics
11. Participate in regular meetings with Finance staff to review billing reports and address any concerns

13. Supervise and evaluate clinic staff, including clinicians, support staff, and administrative personnel
