What You'll Do:
As Front Office Supervisor, you'll play an important role in the daily operations of the hotel - supporting both guests and team members. You'll lead by example, assist with training, and help ensure everything at the front desk runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading front desk operations during your shift
Providing friendly, thoughtful service to every guest
Assisting with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns
Ensuring front desk processes are upheld
Cross-check guest billing for accuracy to ensure payments and charges are correctly routed in the system
Promote a positive work culture
Provide leadership, and lead by example
Coach and support front desk team members
Implement training programs
Emphasize and promote effective utilization of software and tools
Make every guest feel welcome and special
Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Providing shift coverage
Supporting general hotel operations as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable with technology and learning hotel systems
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to walk the property and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(55%) Registration
- Greets and checks-in patients scheduled for imaging services; registers demographic information and processes payment plans and copays
- Answers phones and handles calls in an efficient and friendly manner
- Fields calls appropriately for center associates
- Acts as liaison between technologists and the patients waiting for exams and relays messages regarding scanner status and other clinic information
- Maintains front office lobby area by straightening magazines, organizing coffee supplies and assisting with general office clean up
- Orders office supplies as needed
- Maintains supply of patient information sheets
- Pushes imaging via electronic interfaces
- Completes confirmation calls and provides preparation instructions to patient
- Faxes reports, billing information, and medical release forms as requested
- Verifies patient's insurance
- Pre-certifies all exams with patient's insurance company
- Obtains insurance authorization
- Uses knowledge of insurance carriers (example Medicare) and procedures that require waivers to obtain authorization if needed prior to appointment
- Handles release of information requests for patients, referring offices, other medical facilities, attorneys & insurance companies following Company guidelines
- Arranges transportation, interpreters, and hotel accommodations for patients when appropriate
- Enters and submits patient exam orders
- Verifies orders match exam schedules
- Schedules referrals and ensures proper authorizations are obtained
- Schedules walk-in patients
- Processes requests for image orders and CDs from referring physicians and patients
- Maintains an up-to-date and accurate database on all current and potential referring physicians
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Proficient with using computer systems and typing
- Previous medical office experience
- Medical terminology and office background
