What You'll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day HR partner for assigned client accounts, guiding managers through employee relations, performance management, leave administration, and policy interpretation.
- Manage HR compliance across multiple states , including Medicaid-related requirements, licensure tracking, mandatory training records, and internal audits.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for client organizations (offer letters, background checks, I-9s, etc.), ensuring every step reflects excellence.
- Support client policy rollouts, handbook updates, and compliance communications .
- Coordinate and track training initiatives (compliance, clinical, and HR).
- Collaborate with internal leadership to develop HR tools, templates, and resources that make our service delivery better.
- Contribute to special projects : benefits open enrollment, compensation reviews, workforce planning, HRIS implementation.
- Provide occasional on-site client support (<25% travel) where relationships and compliance require in-person partnership.
What You Bring
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- For HR Generalist level : 2+ years HR generalist experience (healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health strongly preferred).
- For HRBP level : 5+ years progressive HR experience with proven ability to consult with leadership.
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance (FMLA, ADA, wage/hour, multi-state regs).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to juggle priorities across multiple clients.

Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a **Human Resources Business Partner** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Human Resources organization. This HRBP will be responsible for implementing our human capital strategy in support of the **Production Engineering and Operations (PE&O) Homeroom** **_onsite_** in **_Palmdale, CA OR Clearfield, UT_** and will require occasional travel to various sites.
The selected HR Business Partner will provide support to PE&O leaders and employees. The incumbent will be the focal point to consult on and assist in the implementation of HR strategy, programs, and policies across multiple client groups, including talent identification, performance management, employee relations, compensation, reward and recognition, succession planning, organization and staff development, leadership/bench strength development, staffing, EEO and other areas within the HR body of knowledge. The implementation of these programs will be through proficient leadership and project management skills and close collaboration with HR subject matter experts. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for project management of HR projects, and must demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, implement, and close multiple projects simultaneously on various topics within HR work streams.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
