**Location Description**

**Responsibilities**
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) provides an _accelerated career development experience_ for participating Associates enabling them to become part of the strong bench of Human Resources leaders at Post Consumer Brands. The program consists of three rotations over 36 months, typically at two or three different locations. Roles are determined through business need, participant interest, and committee guidance. At the conclusion of the program, successful participants will be placed in a human resources role in one of our manufacturing locations.
**Human Resources Operations Rotation: 1st Year in Lakeville, MN**
+ Works on projects in areas including business process management, policy documentation, onboarding, and employment law
+ HRIS management including working in UltiPro and Kronos with exposure to onboarding, contractor management, system documentation, reporting and auditing.
+ Projects in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
**Human Resources Business Partner Rotation: 2nd and 3rd Year, must be flexible on location assigned to**
+ Provides HR generalist support for employees and leaders in a manufacturing plant (union or non-union) or distribution center under the guidance of the local plant HR Manager.
+ Coaches and supports front line leaders to effectively deliver their people plans aligned with company objectives.
+ Becomes a trusted HR resource for all site employees by getting to know our team members and ensuring we have a capable workforce that can meet our organizational goals.
+ Participates in specific projects related to HR to continually improve talent attraction, selection, management, development, and separations.
**Qualifications**

The pay range for this position is $70,386 - $98,541 per year.

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for assisting in executing the HR strategy for the operations teams of R1 RCM (R1). Daily you will work with senior members of the business to implement strategies that attract, develop, and engage some of the healthcare industry's most talented people. As the HR Director, you will also be a champion for partnering with the business to bring to life R1's talent and inclusion agenda. The HR Director will be an integral member of the business leadership team and will develop business-focused HR strategy that attracts, develops, motivates, and retains R1's most important asset -- its people.
To thrive in this role, you must have demonstrated exemplary business partnership and execution in your current and previous roles, and you must also have experience assessing procedures, formulating policies, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
**Here's what you will experience working as the HR Director:**
+ Provide strategic HR leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to drive measurable success in revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
+ Translate business plans into HR strategies, acting as a change agent to lead organizational changes that meet customer and strategic needs.
+ Champion talent and inclusion, collaborating with business leaders to advance goals and aspirations.
+ Partner with leaders and HR teams to enhance employee performance through coaching, feedback, and development programs.
+ Lead HR initiatives and provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
+ Collaborate with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business metrics, using workforce data to address talent gaps.
+ Equip teams to navigate change and manage ambiguity with HR-led frameworks, fostering resilience and alignment.
+ Promote a learning culture through microlearning and peer coaching, supporting leaders in adapting to trends.
+ Develop long-term talent strategies from operational insights, co-creating workforce plans with operations leaders.
+ Influence cross-functional alignment by tailoring messaging to operational priorities and building coalitions to advance strategic initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
+ Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, including military service.
+ 15+ years of progressive HR management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth services business with hands-on knowledge of the unique demands of a distributed workforce with a customer-centric business is required 7 years at the management level in an organization
+ Working knowledge of all HR disciplines (e.g. staffing and recruiting; employee relations, compensation management, organization development, etc.) and employment law
+ Experience in a shared services model, engaging with all organizational levels, from hourly staff through senior leadership
+ Proven consultancy and relationship-building skills with business leaders with excellent communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills
+ Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into talent solutions.
+ Strong influencing, coalition-building, and conflict-resolution skills with proven ability to coach and advise leaders.
+ Proficiency in project management, including resource sharing and group facilitation.
+ Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with an understanding of operational environments.
+ Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business goals and operational metrics while managing ambiguity during change.
+ Experience in change management, acquisitions, or integrations, with organizational design expertise.
+ Proven organizational design experience
+ Commitment to fostering continuous learning and adaptability.
+ Willingness to travel up to 15%.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $112,718.72 - $187,269.24 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
