We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist whos passionate about creating a positive experience for both candidates and employees. In this role, you'll be a key partner in driving our recruiting efforts and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The right candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition :
- Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews, including phone, video, and on-site meetings
- Welcome and greet candidates during on-site interviews, serving as a representative of our company and brand
- Assist with initial candidate screening as needed
- Manage and update job postings across job boards and the companys LinkedIn page
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing or high-priority roles
- Provide administrative support for various recruiting-related tasks as required
HR :
- Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries
- Lead onboarding preparations and facilitate new hire onboarding
- Track and ensure completion of mandatory employee trainings
- Help coordinate staff events, including workshops, holiday parties, and team-building activities
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain and update company documents and internal resources
- Provide administrative support to the VP of People Operations
- Support various HR and office operations as needed
- Contribute to special projects as assigned
Successful Candidates Will Possess :
- Previous HR, Talent Acquisition and/or administrative experience preferred (3-5 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range : The salary target for this role is $70,000 - $78,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.

(5%) Assist with building / company related events by contacting vendors for quotes, ordering meals, etc. (20%) Employee Data Entry, Maintenance, and Integrity Enter, audit, and maintain integrity of all employee data in the HRIS (Workday) and payroll system (Ceridian Dayforce), to include payroll changes, processing change action forms (promotion, termination, cost center and supervisor changes, etc.) and entering employee data changes, sometimes requiring direct partnership with the Corporate Center of Excellence (COE) Collect international company organizational charts and condense total divisional report for publishing on company intranet Respond to employment verification requests as needed Support internal partners with various ad hoc reporting in HRIS (20%) Business Partner Support Create new requisitions in Workday Update Organizational charts as necessary Authorize timesheets for non-exempt employees Coordinate exit process and documentation for employee exit process Support HR Business Partners with annual and ongoing HR projects, such as talent review, bonus programs, merit, and salary planning (5%) Assist with the development and implementation of HR related policies and procedures including assisting with effective communication and updates as necessary. (5%) Employee Programs Support wellness and engagement initiatives such as blood drives, health & wellness fair, engagement events annual biometric screenings, etc. Engage in and support communication and execution of community events and programs Receive, organize, and dispense service awards to managers Prepare PowerPoint templates for digital signage (5%) Ad Hoc Assist with internal and external audits Maintain digital and physical employee files Education and Experience Profile 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources / Talent Acquisition role or relevant work experience preferred Associate’s degree required (Human Resources or Business is preferred) / Bachelor's degree preferred High level of confidentiality and professionalism Analytical skills and strong attention to detail; strong time management skills PC skills: Experience in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred Experience with Workday or another HRIS system is a plus A sense of urgency is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization Works well independently yet is cooperative in working with team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Pay Range: $40,040-$62,920. This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
