Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for employee and human resources information and assistance.

**Position Objective:** Provide Army human resource subject matter support to the Installation Military Personnel Division (MPD) in support of the Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR) program.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Provide Military Human Resources Support (MHRS) commonly referred to as "Personnel Services Delivery Redesign" to all supported and tenant units at the installations.
+ This support includes services such as Integrated Personnel & Pay System -Army (IPPS-A) operations, Soldier readiness, Strength Management, Separations, Retirement Services, Reassignment processing, Casualty operations, in/out processing, Military personnel file maintenance, Military orders, and other MHRS services, along with associated Information Technology (IT) support for these tasks.
+ High quality, timely, and efficient MHRS shall be provided to all eligible Soldiers, trainees, Retirees, and Family members. This includes Identification (ID) card services for Contractors and civilian employees.
