The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and actionable insights that support scaling initiatives. HR Systems & Technology Oversee the implementation and management of HR technologies (e.g., HRIS systems) that are capable of supporting a growing workforce. Continuously improve HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency as the organization scales. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development, with an entrepreneurial approach to solving HR challenges. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives that drive business outcomes, especially in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
