Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Provide leadership for our water & wastewater infrastructure planning business in ourCaliforniamarket area and beyond

+ Perform analysis and projections of water demands and wastewater flows

+ Use cutting-edge hydraulic modeling, GIS, asset management, and data visualization software to help solve client issues

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with technical and thought leadership surrounding water and wastewater infrastructure systems
+ Experience in a client-facing role
+ 11+ years of infrastructure assessment experience including hydraulic modeling, master planning, and data analysis. Experience or familiarity with asset management and condition assessment is a plus.
+ Experience leading technical tasks and project teams and executing water distribution and wastewater collection system studies and assessments that involve system operations modeling, optimization techniques, risk & resiliency evaluations, capital and life-cycle cost analyses, CIP prioritization
+ Proficient with data analyses, analytics, and visualization
+ Proficient with report writing and PowerPoint presentations
+ Experience in developing proposals and leading technical discussions during client interviews/projects
+ Experience and/or familiarity with Geographic Information System (GIS) technology and software (i.e. ArcGIS)

**Minimum Qualifications**
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 11 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

This position would require working in a typical office environment.
