QUALIFICATIONS
• Ideal candidate has two (2) to seven (7) years of civil litigation experience.

• Propounding discovery and responding to discovery.
• Drafting complaints ranging from basic motor vehicle accidents to complex premises and assault cases.
REQUIREMENTS
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Nevada State Bar (NV Bar) licensure is a plus, but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work in a team atmosphere.
• Strong time management skills, including prioritization of cases and adhering to deadlines, internal or those imposed by the Court.
