  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new consumer products, with a strong understanding of the product development process.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and financial information.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
