The salary range for this role is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

**Summary:**
BMS is driving a transformative journey to drive AI pilots to scale across our Commercial organization. We are seeking a dynamic, business-savvy professional to help shape, lead, and govern our Commercial AI initiatives. As a member of this high-impact team, you will bridge Commercial and IT matrixes, champion AI-driven change, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and guide innovative POCs from promising pilots to scaled solutions. **Responsibilities:**
+ Embrace, shape, and extend BMS's AI-driven End-to-End commercialization vision.
+ Drive and establish key external partnerships with innovative AI technologies (startups as well as established firms).
+ Identify and solution for key gaps in BMS Commercial AI agentic architecture.
+ Establish and publish AI principles and guardrails for commercial PoCs.
+ Serve as a credible SME on commercial applications of AI, guiding project teams through ambiguity and collaborating to overcome barriers to scale.
+ Collaborate across Marketing, Access, Medical, Sales, IT, agencies, and consulting partners to scale successful AI POCs into sustainable commercial solutions.
+ Drive adoption of AI tools and processes, embedding a change management mindset throughout the organization.
+ Establish communication frameworks and nurture a culture of advocacy, identifying and enabling scaling teams.
+ Leverage commercial insights to inform strategic prioritization and stakeholder management, ensuring sustained impact.
**Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare or tech industry, with at least 4 years in a commercial-facing role, including market access and medical affairs.
+ Strong business acumen with familiarity and comfortability in AI solutions for commercial use.
+ Proven experience driving large-scale, cross-functional projects-especially in matrixed environments.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
+ Demonstrated track record of change management and stakeholder enablement to deliver sustained transformation.
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity across diverse functions and teams.
+ Able to travel up to 10% to engage with global stakeholders.

**Compensation Overview:**
Princeton - NJ - US: $189,430 - $229,546
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available.
