Job Summary:

Publicis Resources, the shared service organization of Publicis Groupe and home to the Global Security Office (GSO), is seeking a visionary Director of Security Strategy and Innovation. This role will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the Groupe's security initiatives, aligning them with business goals and industry trends. The position focuses on developing and managing the strategic security roadmap, phasing in and out security technologies, benchmarking solutions through proof of concepts (POCs), and acting as a key evangelist to promote innovation and alignment across the Groupe.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Lead the creation and execution of Publicis Groupe's strategic security roadmap, in alignment with business needs and emerging trends.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of security technologies, ensuring timely upgrades and decommissioning of outdated solutions.
  • Identify gaps in the security ecosystem and design phased plans to address them effectively.
Technology Selection & Benchmarking
  • Evaluate market trends and industry innovations to identify leading-edge security solutions.
  • Manage POCs to validate new technologies, ensuring they meet Publicis Groupe's technical and operational needs.
  • Benchmark existing solutions against industry standards to drive continuous improvement.
Evangelism & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate within Publicis Groupe, promoting the adoption of strategic security initiatives.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on strategy, architecture, or technology leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of global security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and technologies (e.g., cloud security, IAM, SIEM, endpoint protection).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing security roadmaps in a multinational organization.
  • Expertise in benchmarking and conducting proof of concepts (POCs) for technology evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within a large organization.
Preferred:
  • Leadership experience in global or shared service environments.
  • Familiarity with the dynamics and challenges of a large holding company structure such as Publicis Groupe.

As a member of the Knowledge Management Department, the Practice Innovation Lead will anticipate, identify, and implement innovative legal technology solutions within the Firm. The Practice Innovation Lead will be responsible for tightly lacing an understanding of the practice of law with technology, knowledge management, business analysis, process improvement and project management. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
**Practice Support and Innovation**
+ Serve as the point of contact for Practice and Innovation solution needs to gather, synthesize, and prioritize solution requirements regardless of technology to be used
+ Work with attorneys, clients, and vendors to document requirements/ challenges to build and refine practice innovation solutions.
+ Design and build legal solutions to address internal and external Firm client needs such as document automation, logic driven solutions and similar technologies.
+ Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions and serve as point of contact for troubleshooting inquiries.
+ Assist with standard forms, current awareness, search, external resources/tools, local counsel referrals, and other KM tools and resources.
+ Actively participate in marketing Innovation services to Departments and Practice Groups by independently participating in Department and/or Practice Group Meetings.

SUMMARY

The Director of Clinical Innovation is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving the adoption and operationalization of innovative clinical practices, therapies, and technologies across dialysis centers. This role ensures that innovative efforts translate into measurable improvements in patient outcomes, operational efficiencies, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a clinical leader with deep experience in dialysis care, implementation science, and cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

  • Strategy & Planning
    • Partner with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) to identify, prioritize, and develop implementation plans for clinical innovations tailored to the dialysis population.
    • Align innovation initiatives with enterprise-wide strategic goals, especially around value-based care, hospitalization reduction, and patient engagement.
  • Implementation Leadership
    • Lead the deployment of new dialysis-related therapies, medications (e.g., anemia management, CKD-MBD therapies), and delivery models.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for implementation science and innovation scaling methodologies within a dialysis framework.
  • Performance & Compliance
    • Monitor adoption of innovative initiatives using clinical and operational KPIs (e.g., missed treatments, transfusion rates, access management).
    • Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and organizational standards through proper documentation and training programs.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
    • Work closely with Quality, Compliance, IT, Learning & Development, and Field Operations to build and execute enablement toolkits.
    • Provide coaching and consultative support to Regional Directors and Facility Administrators during pilots and rollouts.
  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
    • Develop and refine dashboards, scorecards, and feedback mechanisms for innovation initiatives.
    • Identify barriers to adoption, develop mitigation plans, and use feedback loops to refine clinical innovation programs.
  • Upholds management goals of corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort.
  • Maintains effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel; approving and submitting all hours worked and counseling and disciplining employees.
  • Recruits, trains, develops, and supervises personnel.
  • Effectively communicates expectations; accepts accountability and holds others accountable for performance.
