The applicant should have experience in advising Employee Benefits Insurers client executives, both business and IT, and experience leading teams for digital transformation, platform modernization programs, product development and internal/external consulting engagements. Applicants should have some of the following experiences in the P&C industry:
- Employee Benefits insurance Product experience:
- Life Insurance, Disability, Wellness, Accident, Critical Illness, PFML, Hospital Indemnity, HSA, etc.
- Functional Areas - Product Development, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Underwriting, Customer Onboarding, Billing, Claims, etc.
- Experience to latest trends and disruptive innovations in Insurance space like Wellness products, AI & Automation, etc.
- Digital transformation programs or modernization programs.
- Platform implementations, legacy transformation, and digitization of services across the Employee Benefits value chain.
- Business operations in problem identification, analysis, and recommendation - analysis of current state, root cause analysis, developing insights, identifying solutions, and designing future state.
- Employee Benefits platforms like Vitech, EIS, Majesco, Fineos, etc.

- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of professional and technical staff assigned to projects by assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts, and providing guidance.
- Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness for all projects.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and workload projections for the Business Consulting Group.
- Be an effective leader and communicator with team members and clients.
- Manage and/or coordinate with other Consulting Groups associated with the project.

- Support growth by building client partnerships, recruiting top talent, hosting meetups, attending conferences, and authoring case studies and blog posts.
- Manage assigned annualized revenue for the Consulting Group/Client Team.
