The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an-office position.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage an assigned book of business acting as the primary client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Handle inquiries regarding insurance coverages, policy changes and general insurance questions as related to all personal lines of business.
  • Handle service and endorsement requests and process necessary paperwork associated with requests.
  • Act as liaison between customer and carrier working closely with both to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Handle renewal/expiration list for assigned book of business, reviewing loss information, obtaining updated information, renewal applications, and negotiating renewal pricing when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of all company systems and offerings
  • Communicate professionally with key stakeholders both internal and external via phone, email, video, and audio conferencing.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build clients through referrals
  • Maintain accurate client files and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
  • Personal insurance P&C license required. Experience in servicing clients personal insurance needs. Producer license in resident state
  • Prior experience working with HNW accounts and carrier markets
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge and background in insurance
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analysis, time management skills, communication skills, self-sufficient, and initiative-taker.
  • Customer focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, video, and audio conferencing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with starting and stopping projects to assist with urgent requests.

Join the Payments Sales team! As a key member on the team, you will drive the end-to-end client experience.

As a Payments Sales Manager within the Insurance Sales segment of the Non-Banking Financial Institutions Group, you will be expected to sell cash management solutions, build a strong pipeline of opportunities, as well as manage existing portfolio business. To achieve the sales goal, you are expected to execute a comprehensive selling strategy in conjunction with Product and the Banking coverage officers. Job responsibilities

  • Manage client visitation and contact; promoting sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering new products, market and industry developments
  • Develop and enhance in-depth client knowledge and sharing it with the client coverage team for both new business development and management of client risk
