This AVP role in the Global Financial Crimes Division of MUFG Bank, Ltd. ("GFCD") will report to the Vice President, GFCD Issues Management ("IM") Reporting & Analysis Team ("VP"). The AVP will support the VP and the team in leading the coordination and delivery of financial crimes compliance issues program in accordance with the Global Financial Crimes Compliance Escalation and Issue Management Standard, for MUFG locations globally including:
+ Identification of responsive issues management data and information.
+ Research and coordination with appropriate stakeholders to provide the most accurate information possible in support of these engagements.
+ Development of data, analyses, and presentation materials.
In addition to GFCD, the position will also support Americas Compliance and Core Compliance IM data analysis and reporting activities. The candidate must have excellent data processing and communication skills and be able to contribute to the overall advancement and integration of core program objectives across the global Issues Management Department. The candidate must provide thought and project leadership; possess excellent information generation / presentation skills; and communicate and collaborate effectively with senior management, colleagues, and teammates in all three lines of defense.
**Major** **Responsibilities:**
+ Liaise across all three of the MUFG lines of defense, including core second-line financial crimes compliance programs (Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery & Corruption), business functions, Internal Audit, Compliance Testing, and Regulatory Exam Management in furtherance of Issues Management policy, standard, and procedure implementation and execution.
+ Liaise with GFCD Planning on issues management deliverables/ artifacts to be presented in various Committee meetings.
+ Analyze issue data and provide actionable insights that lead to program enhancement opportunities.
+ Develop subject matter expertise regarding Issues Management policy, standard, and procedures.
+ Drive and coordinate review, development, enhancement, and implementation of Issues Management policy, standard, and procedures, along with other program execution documents.
+ Track and report on status of financial crimes issues on routine and ad hoc basis.
+ Collaborate and liaise with stakeholders to drive consistency in the implementation of GFCD policies and policies across all three MUFG lines of defense.
+ Drive program and process enhancement initiatives across the Department and across functions.
+ Work with the GFCD IM Governance, GFCD IM Technology, and GFCD Analysis teams to drive process improvement opportunities. Provide support to GFCD IM Data Sourcing team on ad-hoc activities. Support GFCD IM Global Team on Annual Renewal and other ad-hoc activities.
+ Support the Director, GFCD Issues Management and the Director of GFCD IM Data Operations in program development and execution, working with other members of the team on strategic and operational enhancement.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Financial Crimes Compliance, Risk Management or related areas.
+ Proficiency/ Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with other data management or data visualization tools is preferred.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in creating high-quality presentations, reports, and process documentation.
+ Experience performing analysis with high level of proficiency in Excel and other data management and data visualization tools.
+ Team player with willingness to learn, take initiatives, and work hard.
+ Good work ethics with strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ BBA/BA/BS Degree required.
+ ACAMS, relevant professional qualification, and/or experience in client-service industry is a plus
+ Travel is limited but possible.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $71K - $112K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. Job Summary: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for performing complex analyses and research in all areas of the assigned business unit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, database and reporting development, financial analysis, market share/ research analysis and contract utilization monitoring. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Serve as business/technical subject matter expert (SME) for various technologies utilized across Warehouse, Distribution and Transportation (e.g., TruBlu fleet) teams to ensure safe and efficient operations. Provide business/technical support to Corporate, Supply Chain, Distribution Center personnel for Supply Chain system initiatives, including testing and implementing new technologies, functionality, or system or user enhancements. Support future system upgrades and execution of new functionality. Develop standardized processes and procedures for the proper use and application of all technologies. Assist with the development of KPIs and measurement tools. Develop standardized reporting / dashboards as per business needs. Determine opportunities to redesign business processes to achieve better business results. Document and publish detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for technologies. Provide on-going training to the Distribution/Transportation teams as required. This may consist of either remote and/or on-site training as required. Work with Finance to review and process monthly cell phone invoices. Monitor cell phone charges for extensive use and notify Distribution/Transportation management. Resolve any errors or billing issues with outside service providers. Assist in distribution center vehicle management with regards to current inventory and future needs based on patient / clinic / territory changes and realignments. Builds productive working relationships. May provide assistance to junior level staff with general tasks that require a better understanding of functions, as directed by immediate supervisor. May refer to senior level staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise. Escalates issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary. Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations. Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor. Other duties as assigned.

**Job Description**

**Job Requirements**
Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology/Management or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a global supplier performance role within aerospace industry. Stated experience must include: SAP ERP software; CPIM/APICS Certified; aerospace manufacturing or production management experience; Green Belt certification and project management training; and Supply Chain methods and practices (Line of Balance, procurement, waterfall, load and capacity, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis or equivalent methods and practices.) Must be willing to travel domestically 40% of working time and internationally 10% of working time.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Supply Chain Analyst will help determine opportunities to automate, standardize and support business processes and functions across the business unit and various technologies. Will function as business IT liaison in accordance with business strategies. Develop and support existing reporting and analytics to deliver cost and productivity savings working closely with CoE business process owners, region and local business leaders.  

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as business/technical subject matter expert (SME) for various technologies utilized across Warehouse, Distribution and Transportation (e.g., TruBlu fleet) teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Provide business/technical support to Corporate, Supply Chain, Distribution Center personnel for Supply Chain system initiatives, including testing and implementing new technologies, functionality, or system or user enhancements.
  • Support future system upgrades and execution of new functionality.
  • Develop standardized processes and procedures for the proper use and application of all technologies. 
  • Assist with the development of KPIs and measurement tools.
  • Develop standardized reporting / dashboards as per business needs.
  • Determine opportunities to redesign business processes to achieve better business results.
  • Document and publish detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for technologies.
  • Provide on-going training to the Distribution/Transportation teams as required.  This may consist of either remote and/or on-site training as required.
  • Lead formal group training sessions by establishing training criteria, agendas, and follow-up strategies.
  • Lead technical meetings and discussions
  • Manage master data as required
  • Audit various technologies to ensure that master data is being updated, maintained and proper procedures are being followed.
  • Trouble shoot and assist users when experiencing issues with technologies.  Escalate problems as needed to outside service providers, IT, and/or supervisor/management.
  • Spearhead initiatives to improve the functionality of systems for the distribution centers.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day business/technical contact for technology service providers and distribution/transportation teams to aid if troubleshooting required and/or bridge between providers and field personnel.
  • Work with internal department (e.g., Tango) to source and/or order cell phones and tablets for truck fleet drivers and management/support staff.
  • Work with Finance to review and process monthly cell phone invoices. 
  • Monitor cell phone charges for extensive use and notify Distribution/Transportation management. 
  • Resolve any errors or billing issues with outside service providers.
  • Assist in distribution center vehicle management with regards to current inventory and future needs based on patient / clinic / territory changes and realignments.
  • Builds productive working relationships.
  • May provide assistance to junior level staff with general tasks that require a better understanding of functions, as directed by immediate supervisor.
  • May refer to senior level staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise.
  • Escalates issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary.
  • Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.

**Supply Chain Contracts Professional**
In this role, you are responsible for establishing optimal long-term and high-dollar procurement contracts while also representing Supply Chain in support of Aircraft Programs.
**What you'll be doing as a Supply Chain Contracts Professional:**
Lead supplier management initiatives including evaluation of current and existing suppliers for strategic fit, preparing, and issuing requests for proposal (RFPs), and facilitating the bid evaluation and down-selection process.
Prepare negotiation strategies, conduct contract negotiations, and finalize contract award, with resources such as cost scenario models, contracting strategy techniques, and negotiation support tools.
Design and manage a contracting approach that will place a large majority of commodity spend on LTC with a rationalized supply base that delivers superior cost and availability.
Maintain compliance with all contracting regulations, industry standards, and internal administrative requirements.
Partner with Engineering Design Teams, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to create optimal solutions including cost effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Assess, maintain, and utilize Bell information management systems for reports, key performance indicators, correspondence, files, presentations, analyses, and contract administration.
