ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst , to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD . The Logistics Analyst will perform a variety of supply chain property inventory duties. These duties utilize an understanding of storage planning, coordinating, and inventorying property that has been received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred. The Logistics Analyst will coordinate the material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition of property in accordance with government regulations. Activities will involve performing verification, data entering and inventorying assignments.
Responsibilities Included but are not limited to:
- Responsible for submitting documentation to make changes to the Asset Management (AM) system of record in FACTS for incoming property, transferred property, lost or destroyed property and excessed property.
- Will reconcile physical asset attributes against the Asset Management (AM) system of record and update asset records as directed.
- Will assist in providing inventory reports in accordance with Government guidelines.
- Responsible for scanning and reconciliation tasks for annual and semi-annual inventories as directed.
- Will assist in the collection and review of inventory documents such as reports of lost property and manually inventoried property as directed for annual and semi-annual inventories.
- Will input data into the Material Distribution and Tracking (MDAT) System.
- Responsible for reviewing and approving requests for property moved, shipped, stored, transferred, excessed, tagged, or other property administrative functions in the MDAT System, ensuring the data is entered in accordance with government Property Management procedures.
- Responsible for managing Inventory and organizing materials and equipment using data collection methods in accordance with legal and accountability requirements established by the FAR and USG.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Four (4) years of work experience in the field of logistics, supply and/or Property.
- Valid state driver’s license.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds or team lift 75 pounds. Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

- Understand daily disposal plans to help identify optimal disposal sites for each load to hold drivers accountable to adhering to the assigned disposal sites.
- Meet to discuss disposal plans and recommendations with the Operations Manager and make updates if any intercompany or 3rd party changes occur.
- Determine if service requests can be pulled forward to drive efficiency while also providing the best experience for our customers.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
- Courteously interact with customers, as required.
- Route design is the first defense against customer service issues, and non-compliance from both hours of service and weight compliance standpoint. Routes must be set up in a way that allows drivers to be safe, successful, and efficient.
- Analyze and prioritize the promises that we make to customers to ensure that these customers are serviced, and our promises are kept.
- Call Center communication must be updated daily. Continual assessments and communications are required to reduce missed pickups and improve the communication channel between the division and the customers.
- Evaluate route issues that may cause delays and utilize the tools available to communicate to the impacted customers.
- Continually review routing media to process service exceptions/general messages/extra services information in order to meet the customers needs.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by adhering to and executing our universal service commitments.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
