**Position Summary.**

We are hiring a Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management for our Plainfield, IN location.
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday / 8 am - 4 pm
**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Experience in Excel and Microsoft programs (Power Point, Outlook, OneNote, etc.)

**Job description:**
+ Manages supply deliveries by unloading supplies from trailer manually or with powered equipment; sorting and distributing supplies to appropriate location; and conducting on-hand supply counts.
+ Communicates with Customers, suppliers and other Walmart associates verbally and in writing.
+ Maintains inventory by ordering merchandise; tracking purchase orders; keying and maintaining data; and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing logs and forms.
+ Assists in preparations for upcoming resource or information needs by staying informed of business objectives, initiatives, and program or product launches; reviewing seasonal trends and historical data; developing and recommending processes to support business changes; and working with management to finalize and implement solutions.
+ Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
+ Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Responsibilities:
+ Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors by comparing actual count to packing slip.
+ Post all incoming packing slip into the computer. Follow all company procedures for shortages or damaged parts.
+ Process all incoming stock orders within 24 hours.
+ Put away all incoming stock in the appropriate bin location as indicated in the computer. Ensure that all parts put into stock are properly labeled with a barcode bin label.
+ Locate all new parts posted into stock determine the correct location and make changes in the computer along with labeling new parts.
+ Check in all incoming interbranch shipments from all branches by comparing actual count to the packing slip.
+ Process all inter-branch packing slips into the computer. Generate a picking list and places parts in the appropriate area for delivery of shipment.
+ Dispose of any packing material not needed after each shipment is checked in.
+ Pull all customer orders as indicated on the picking list and place in either will call, package for shipment, or dispatch for delivery.
+ Keep the parts warehouse clean and organized. Follow all corporate safety guidelines and policy.
+ Maintain all parts in "will call" by ensuring that all parts pulled are placed in the appropriate "will call" bin and all paperwork associated with the order is placed with the parts.
+ Maintain all junk core inventory by ensuring that all cores are checked in and tagged with the customer information, original invoice number and credit memo number. Place all junk cores in the assigned area and returns weekly. Ship or dispatch delivery of all cores to respective vendors.
+ Dispatch parts drivers to addresses indicated on the sales invoice or purchase order.
+ Must be able to read a map and develop specific driving directions and instructions to be provided to each driver as needed.
+ Process and maintain all returns by properly putting up all parts being returned from customers. Ensure that parts are in new re-saleable condition.
+ Must file freight claims for any shortages or damaged parts received within 24 hours of receipt.
+ May be required to serve as backup to Parts Driver in the event of absence or emergency delivery.
+ Pull returns to go back to vendor. Properly package and process for shipping out.

Basic Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
+ Three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ If required to drive, for any reason, on behalf of the company, must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Run reports necessary for the night's workload (Special instructions, Special Orders Item, Handstack Report).
+ Examine all double-check customers and have the loads reserved.
+ Inspect loads that are designated on the special instructions report. (If waiting on pallets, spot check the pallets that are already located on the loading dock)
+ Verify that the special order items are selected and placed on the correct pallet.
+ Validate that the weights are correct on the catch weight variation report.
+ Check any reshipped orders if necessary.
+ Review any new accounts that are being delivered.
+ Gather all paperwork from the course on the night and place it in the Manager's mailbox.
+ Fill out the checker audit spreadsheet to track work for the night.
+ Research product that could not be found via a short chaser (warehouse out).
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent.
**Experience**
+ 1-year prior warehouse experience preferred.
**Professional Skills**
+ Computer skills with a working knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
**Physical Demands**
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
+ Employee must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and squat throughout an eight-hour shift. (plus overtime)

Overnight Stock Clerk
+ Provides courteous and friendly customer relations, including greeting customers and answering their questions.

We're looking for an Inventory Control Associate to accurately account for all inventory related to the production of meal kit recipe boxes.
**Objectives of this Role**
+ Complete multiple daily inventory cycle counts
+ Ensure FIFO rotation throughout the facility
+ Manage the requisition of product from storage to production; record all inventory changes and input inventory data into the warehouse management system
+ Confirm product quality and quantity immediately after receiving processes have been completed
+ Understand the inventory needs of the Preparation team necessary to complete the daily or weekly production target
+ Clearly communicate all significant inventory changes to the Inventory Control Team Lead
+ Resolve problems related to inventory, product quality, and yields
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
**Skills and Requirements**
+ Ability to count large quantities of product in the form of individual items, cases, and pallets
+ Communication skills - must have good listening skills in addition to excellent verbal and written communication abilities
