Pay Rate: $27/hr

- JOB SUMMARYRotates, inventories, restocks and transports various supplies throughout the medical center.
- Assists in unloading of delivery trucks and shipping/receiving functions.
- Performs duties as assigned.
- Responds to telephone requests for supply and patient transportation
- Essential Responsibilities (The primary job duties this position is responsible for achieving are listed in order of importance.)Stock, inventories, cleans and restocks par level locations and medical supply carts to designated levels. Prepares items for transfer between primary and secondary locations using picking tickets. Verified unit of issue.
- Operates company vehicle in compliance with established procedures and the laws of the Motor Vehicle Code.
- Transports medical supply carts between medical center departments and storeroom area.
- Determines availability of stock; fills orders and delivers to medical center departments; may suggest substitute items.
- Maintains and completes accurate inventory records of supply issues for clerical input into automated material Management Systems.
- Assists with shipping and receiving activities, such as receiving and checking incoming deliveries, unloading delivery trucks and transporting merchandise to designated areas. Unpacks and stores incoming materials and prepares for delivery to users, stages deliveries to off-site locations.
- Inventories supplies and equipment to maintain pre-established levels, prepares requisitions for items needed according to established procedures. Rotates materials and performs cycle counts. Maintains up-to-date labels for bin, shelf and other materials locations.
- Assists with telephone and telephone requests for supplies.
- Responds to stat requests for medical supplies and equipment as required.
- Stores and rotates materials that require special handling (e.g. X-ray film).
- Establishes and maintains courteous, cooperative relations when interacting with other personnel, health plan members, and the public.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Promotes, ensures, and improves customer service to internal/external customers by demonstrating skills which are consistent with the organization's philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service.
- Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local lows and regulations, accreditation and licenses requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.

- Additional Requirements:During the two year period immediately preceding the data of application, must have a driving record which is free of incidents involving the applicant's negligence. Also free of citations with forfeit for bail for driving while under the influence of drugs or reckless driving. - Must be able to lift in excess of 60 lbs. and move in excess of 300 lbs. with material handling equipment.

- Set up and maintain stock levels of inventory, including descriptions, pricing, stock, and location for all inventory.
- Receive material and put material away in locations (as appliable).
- Receive all material/inventory ordered into ERP system (SAP/MoveX)
- Contact vendors as needed to obtain price quotes and follow up on orders.
- Perform inventory cycle counts regularly and create reports as requested from management, analyzing parts usage, and noting relevant trends in the data.
- Assist in planning work projects for the S/R Department, including creating work orders, writing process descriptions, and calling vendors to obtain price quotes.
- Generate and oversee inventory reconciliation between 3PL and Plant.
- Provide daily monitoring and reporting on warehouse supplies and customer material discrepancies to identify shortages and overages.
- Allocate 3PL shipments out from ERP System.
- Provide direction (in conjunction with supply planning and customer service) to plants, 3rd party providers, shipping on proper lot allocation and date maintenance
- Record inbounds and shipments at 3PLs to reconcile inventory.
- Investigation and follow up on customer claims at 3PL shipping point.
- Track and analyze inventory maintenance and develop protocols
- This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
- Other functions of this clerk include but are not limited to: Review PM03, PM02, and PM01 daily to determine if parts needed to be added. Add those parts to the work orders as appropriate. Report findings to the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. Reports to the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. Assist Planner with closing of work orders daily, including confirmations.

Experience & Skills
- 0-1 years of experience in related field is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system.
- Use software (WMS and ERP) to monitor inventory. (3M ERP knowledge valued).
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal stakeholders (plant, corporate, customer service & transportation) in planning, development, analysis, and documentation of inventory needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Report Management:
+ Run and format various reports bi-weekly from Oracle before and after payroll completion.
+ Utilize Excel to format reports, including pivot tables and basic formulas for data organization and presentation.
Data Entry:
+ Perform data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, including:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for receiving requests for technical assistance from customers. The data entry clerk is responsible for opening requests and submitting into the companys ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review. The data entry clerk will review each open ticket to see the outcome from the help desk (did they fix the problem or does it require a coordinated call to customer, etc.) The clerk then emails responses to customers to ensure they are provided with exceptional customer service and receive the updates.
