As a Supply Chain Manager, you will provide leadership in process and system development, strategic sourcing, inventory management, and team development within the supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
+ Develop, document, and implement comprehensive supply chain procedures covering planning, procurement, receiving, inventory control, and delivery to production.
+ Establish a best-in-class material management system ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production requirements.
+ Lead the transition of supply chain operations to the Jobscope ERP system.
+ Conduct vendor pricing negotiations and manage contracts to reduce material and freight costs while enhancing service levels.
+ Establish structured bidding cycles, multiple supplier strategies, and pricing review processes to achieve measurable cost savings.
+ Manage cycle and physical counts, ensuring real-time visibility and optimal stock levels.
+ Design and execute warehouse and storage strategies to improve material handling efficiency and space utilization.
+ Oversee accurate and timely receiving processes, collaborating with accounting to ensure proper reconciliation of deliveries and payments.
+ Build, train, and develop a high-performing supply chain team to meet current and future business needs.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Sales, and Accounting to align supply chain activities with business goals.
+ Review sales production and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely procurement of materials to meet customer delivery expectations.
+ Develop and manage disposal, recycling, and repurpose strategies for obsolete or damaged materials.
+ Monitor, measure, and continuously improve supply chain performance using data-driven KPIs.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in supply chain management, purchasing, negotiation, procurement, logistics, and production planning
+ Strong leadership and team development skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with the Jobscope ERP system is advantageous.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics or related field required.
+ Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations required.
+ Strong proficiency in Excel required.
Work Environment
This position requires on-site presence five days a week M-F 8 am - 5 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $11000.00/yr.

- Provide a visible and proactive physical security and safety presence throughout the assigned supply chain location to ensure Lowe's Safe environment.
- Validates physical security of the building, per company policy/procedure, throughout the day (Gates, Doors, Access Control, Perimeter)
- Engagement with over-the-road and dedicated fleet drivers including inbound & outbound processes in compliance with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT)
