Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join the Regulatory Change & Inventory Management (RCIM) team within Wells Fargo Compliance. As part of the RCIM team, the Senior Compliance Specialist will lead several critical tasks required to support the development and maintenance of Wells Fargo's regulatory inventory, as well as the management and implementation of regulatory changes.

+ Maintain and update the enterprise-wide inventory of regulatory citations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with current laws and regulations.
+ Add and revise **Major Compliance Requirements (MCRs)** in the compliance system of record, drafting summaries in accordance with the **MCR Style Guide** .
+ Populate and conform citations for inclusion in the **citation grid** used by Enterprise Testing and Validation teams.
+ Maintain foundational components and required metadata fields in the compliance system of record.
+ Review regulatory change alerts and perform impact assessments to determine whether updates affect the regulatory inventory.
+ Track the lifecycle of regulatory changes from identification through implementation and archival.
+ Collaborate with change management teams to ensure timely and accurate integration of new or revised obligations.
+ Consult with the **Legal Department** to finalize MCR summaries and ensure legal accuracy.
+ Partner with **Business Aligned Compliance Officers (BACOs)** and front-line business groups to validate updates and ensure operational relevance.
+ Provide support and guidance to Compliance Officers on all aspects of the regulatory change management process.
+ Leverage compliance technology platforms and RegTech tools to manage inventory updates, alerts, and reporting.
+ Coordinate system updates and maintain scope documents for Compliance teams, documenting periodic changes to business rules and regulatory mappings.
+ Conduct periodic quality reviews of the regulatory inventory to ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
+ Provide concise, well-documented responses to inquiries from **Internal Audit** , **Risk Officers** , and other stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues, improve processes, and achieve compliance goals.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Basic Qualifications

In this role, you will play a key part in managing procurement activities, analyzing supply chain data, and ensuring smooth operations to support production schedules. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage purchase orders in alignment with company policies and operational needs.
- Ensure purchase orders are processed, approved, and verified for accuracy and supplier compliance.
- Expedite orders and materials to meet production schedules and minimize delays.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries, quality standards, and adherence to pricing agreements.
- Address and resolve issues related to delivery delays, discrepancies, or non-compliance, escalating as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability for production.

As a **Senior SAP Application Consultant, Materials Management/Warehouse Management** you will lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP Sourcing/Procurement and Warehouse management solutions.
You will be the functional lead in this work stream. Strong skills are required to implement SAP Sourcing and Procurement / Warehouse Management functionality (previously referred to as MM/WM modules). You will be required to configure solutions within the S/P workstream to include but not limited to: direct/indirect procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, contracts, sourcing events, and invoice verification and management. Additionally, you will be required to configure supply chain functionality such as: inbound/outbound deliveries, internal warehouse movements, physical inventory, and warehouse structure components.
Other key activities would be: document client requirements and map to appropriate SAP solutions. Configure the SAP solution and perform thorough testing. Identify system functional gaps which could require system enhancements, while encouraging fit to standard approach as much as possible. Test the SAP solution for accuracy and fulfillment of meeting all requirements. Train users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution. Support end users during hyper care immediately after go-live. Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement. Support presales team with activities such as proposal development and demos of functionality. Ability to provide realistic estimations of efforts related to proposed solutions. Serve as escalation point to assist with resolving issues within line of business. Demonstrate leadership skills by coordinating amongst internal team and customer facing activities. Act as liaison between offshore technical SAP consultants and customer, managing the details of the functional specifications and coordinate of the objects to be completed. Provide oversight and advisory support on all aspects within this functional area. Provide mentorship to SAP associate consultants where relevant and necessary.
**Qualifications:** Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience; 5+ years SAP project implementation or Master's degree and 3 years of experience; 2+ years leadership experience on SAP implementation projects or production support; 2+ years integration experience with other process areas; Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role with a focus on SAP projects; Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA); Proficiency in industry or business process modeling and documentation; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

**Position Summary:**
Supports and manages all subcontracted and purchased material for the Armament Systems Business Unit. Coordinate activities of various Supply Chain disciplines by creating and participating in program level Supply Chain strategies and plans. Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $05,800.00Salary Range 2: 87,000.00 - 130,600.00
