Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following Company steel standard guidelines; and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns; zoning the area; receiving and stocking merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise appropriately; completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions; providing Deli products to Members; resolving issues and concerns; and promoting the Company's products and services.
Follows Company policies and procedures related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning freezer /cooler/deli area (for example, windows, mirrors, display cases and coolers); monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains and doors for proper operation; and reporting issues to Management.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $3.00*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Operations Team at Esri. If you are a **SUPPLY CHAIN** professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in either our **Sidney, Ohio,** or **St. Louis, MO** location, you will lead different aspects of logistics to support our supply chain strategy and help with international air and ocean operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the Company's growth, quality, and service objectives. Ensure supply continuity across the Company while managing costs and mitigating risks (e.g., tariffs, supply shortages, etc.). Develop and own key supply chain KPIs and performance metrics and develop tracking reports for review. Manage inventory levels to balance service levels with working capital targets. Support new product launches and development efforts by ensuring supply chain readiness and scalability. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply and responsiveness to market or regulatory disruptions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions to optimize cost, efficiency, and scalability. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in supply chain roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations (e.g., 21CFR820), cGMP, and other relevant compliance standards. Proven experience in strategic sourcing, logistics, and demand/supply planning. Supply Chain Planning Manager, BeverageThe Beverage Planning Manager is the front line leader within the Beverage Supply Chain team responsibility for leading a team of analysts overseeing functional planning across a region within our beverage business. - Overlook the ongoing development and maintenance of inventory policy with consideration to demand, setup costs, holding cost to drive optimal inventory turns and service.
- Maintain a high standard of internal customer service using effective communication and prompt responses to all levels of personnel within the organization.
- Manage non-optimal sourcing strategies by reducing cost while meeting service goals.
- Ensure high warehouse utilization by partnering with internal logistics and plants to understand storage capacities and ensure system values are updated.
- 3PL management by strategizing cost optimal product mix and controlling planned vs actual flow.
- Leads a team in balancing supply and demand of raw materials developing and developing site level supply plans for all Niagara domestic sites.
- Works cross-functionally to develop raw material supply solutions that fulfill the flexibility of customer demand.
