SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Supply Chain Analyst is a vital contributor to the planning and execution of sourcing initiatives, offering essential analytical support to drive informed decision-making across the team. As a Supply Chain Manager , you will:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of a dedicated commodity team to achieve ambitious results in support of the business' largest Business Unit segment, responsible for over $200M in annual revenue alone

Develop, improve, and nurture strategic supplier relationships with key suppliers

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Operations Team at Esri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations in production, planning, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, and warehousing. This position will report to the Director of Global Operations and will have several direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet corporate objectives
- Oversee logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping
- Maintain compliance with all US and foreign trade regulations
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments within Esri to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with the Esri SAP support team for system testing and enhancements
- Lead all efforts in material and part number configurations within SAP
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess
- Collaborate with suppliers and other Esri departments to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements
- Ensure compliance with hazardous waste and safety requirements
- Provide return on investment (ROI) analysis for department equipment
- Train department on safety requirements and properly document all completed training
- Manage the production operations for USB software duplication, marketing and events signage, and outsourcing Esri press books
- Facilitate MRO for department equipment
- Provide documented mid-year and annual review feedback with your direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience managing an operation with direct reports
- Proven experience in a supply chain management role, with a track record of success
- 5+ years of experience with SAP, an enterprise resource planning system, or comparable data management systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Experience with using the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; excellent Microsoft Excel skills essential; Visio or Lucidchart experience
Recommended Qualifications
- Certification in supply chain management (such as APICS) is a plus

If you are a **SUPPLY CHAIN** professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in either our **Sidney, Ohio,** or **St. Louis, MO** location, you will lead different aspects of logistics to support our supply chain strategy and help with international air and ocean operations. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments between international and domestic suppliers, internal customers, plants, service providers, and cross docks. You will create, improve, and implement processes and procedures around approved logistics strategies to ensure timely arrival of material, collaborating with team members across levels, functions, cultures, and geography. It will be important to provide timely and accurate information to individuals across the organization for them to take action to accomplish objectives despite unforeseen obstacles or uncontrollable setbacks.
**AS A SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST, YOU WILL:**
+ Coordinate the logistics for international shipments to and from manufacturing plants and distribution points around the world
+ Continually work with the logistics team to implement and enforce Copeland's logistics strategies for ocean, air, parcel and brokerage

We are currently hiring for an Order to Cash Transformation Manager. In this riole, you will execute support for the Galileo (S/4HANA) Program. 60 % Leadership, Influence and Strategy
Serve as critical liaison between Enterprise stakeholders and the Galileo (S/4HANA) team.
Provide guidance and support to Order to Cash process associates on a regular basis related to the Galileo Program.
Partner closely with the Order to Cash functional leaders, regional leaders, and associates to understand how the Order to Cash Process is executed today enterprise-wide; as well as identifying improvements in the Order to Cash processes and systems as we move into future state design.
Similarly, partner with adjacent process owners (es: IBP (Integrated Business Planning), Sales, Marketing, etc.) to identify, recommend and influence process improvement opportunities that will positively impact the Order to Cash process overall.
Understand system connectivity and how the data and tools can be used to drive decision making across the enterprise.
Participate in key design decisions related to our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Global Template & S4/HANA design strategy.

Participate, and in some cases facilitate, critical Galileo work needed to ready the organization for the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Global Template phase of the project (ie: research, analysis, workshop participation, etc.). These accountabilities will continue as the project progresses into later phases.
Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, in conjunction with Organizational Change Management Lead.
Support development of training plan and execution of training content, in conjunction with Galileo Training Lead. Support go-live activities, virtually or on-site, as required. Support localization activities while balancing the goals of simple, standard, global solutions.

The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our business's end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
