ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE
Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
- Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
As an Inbound Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact. Follow body language and verbal clues to tailor your approach
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, which includes asking questions to better understand their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
- Thank the guest in a genuine way and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation (including all unload schedule times)
- Stock, backstock and zone product on sales floor
- Maintain sales floor instocks for GM categories
- Operate power equipment only if certified and partner with leader if certification is needed
- Work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage all defectives and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
- All other duties based on business needs

Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the Application Development Manager for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will lead the team responsible for managing the systems that drive distribution center warehouses. Our WMS is a mission critical systems that drives our business and in this role, the Application Development Manager - WMS will focus on large projects in the U.S. and Canada and will oversee all hardware, development and will tightly interface with our distribution center and operations user groups.
Additional Responsibilities:
directs and coordinates activities of an established development team engaged in computer programming to assure effective computer resources are provided to users
Be the liaison to the business team and upper management, effectively managing small, medium and large scale development projects and implementations utilizing both internal and external resources.
Work closely with vendors to ensure costs and timelines are met for Warehouse Management System (WMS).
In addition to management responsibilities, perform Business Analysis (BA) and Project Manager (PM) duties.
Interface with executive management to convey departmental and system platform needs
Budgetary responsibilities - forecasting and tracking
Analyze problems and capabilities to develop solutions for improved operating procedures, alternate processing methods, communications, information flow, management reporting, and operational efficiency.
Confer with programming personnel and oversee testing of new and revised programs and procedures
Experience facilitating SDLC processes.
Understanding and application of Sarbanes-Oxley controls relative to the SDLC.
Oversee evaluation, development, and maintenance of data systems.
Oversee and direct defect resolution as required.
Approve and direct program release deployments.
Prepare or review records and reports of production, operating, and down time .
Recommend changes in programs, routines, and quality control standards.
Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.

This position will serve as the Supply Chain leader for the LCS (Labware, Clinical and Storage) business, supporting a global scope. LCS is part of the Laboratory Plastics Essentials (LPE) Division.
**How you will make an impact:**
As the Director of Supply Chain for the LCS Business, you will be responsible for End-to-End Supply Chain management, leading the planning function globally, including production planning, detailed scheduling, materials planning, distribution requirement planning, manufacturing site's warehousing and customer and channels supply chain collaboration. This position works closely with Product Management, Commercial, Procurement, Distribution & Logistics and Operations teams to provide excellent service to our customers and support revenue generation and profitability growth.
In this role, you will balance supply and demand, optimize inventory and drive productivity to ensure excellent customer experience at an optimal cost, using SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process and cross functional collaboration, to deliver the annual business objectives.
