The Supply Chain Analyst for Riverpoint Medical will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain team through participation in SIOP activities (forecasting and data analysis), supplier performance management, assisting in system improvements, creation and management of data driven metrics/reporting tools and working collaboratively with various teams both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with other supply chain team members on the greater teams’ goals and deliverables. Examine supply chain data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Work closely with various cross functional teams to create and execute strategies aimed at boosting supply chain performance. Track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, order fulfillment, forecast accuracy, supplier performance and logistics. Ensure data accuracy within supply chain systems and resolve any related issues. Assist in freight invoice audits and logistics cost variance reporting. Assist in the identification, implementation and enhancement of supply chain management software and technologies. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for key KPIs. Partner with internal teams (IT, Operations, Commercial, Finance) to enhance data models and streamline reporting processes. Help develop supply chain policies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, focusing on systems and data. Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices. Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and SQL is preferred. Familiarity with ERP software (DelmiaWorks a plus). Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. Understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, supply planning, supplier management and logistics fundamentals. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certification in supply chain (e.g., APICS CPIM/CLTD) or analytics (e.g., Microsoft Data Analyst Associate) is a plus. Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting operating under a TPM program. Minimum 5 years leading TPM programs in a manufacturing setting. Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Maintenance leadership positions. Proven success record of TPM implementation and significant OEE improvement. The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Ascentec Engineering is hiring a Director of Supply Chain Management!

We are an industry leading, AS9100C certified contract CNC machining services and assembly provider focused on low to medium volume production runs. We are currently looking for a Director of Supply Chain Management to manage a team of customer supply chain planners and buyers. This individual will coordinate with the assigned customers and their planners to ensure parts are driven and delivered on time to customer requirements.

This position is onsite (not remote/not hybrid) at our Tualatin, Oregon headquarters and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage a team of customer supply chain planners and buyers

- Take full ownership of supplier delivery performance

- Communicate directly with customers and suppliers

- Proactively align manufacturing plans to align with customer requirements

- Communicate schedule improvements/delays directly to customer through reports and meetings

- Manage external and internal customer escalations

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes that align with our business goals and customer needs

- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction

- Ensure on-time deliveries for all acknowledged and confirmed POs

- Document relevant SOP and changes

- Track and report on time delivery to customer need

- Support and train a global team of supply chain managers and buyers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- B.S. degree, or higher, in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field

- 5+ years of experience in production, supply chain, order fulfillment, engineering, manufacturing, or operations

- Experience managing a team

- Provide coaching to develop supply chain operations team and establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

- Knowledge of lean concepts and kanban replenishment techniques such as complex mixed model flow, supermarkets, level loading, pull signals, min-max levels, Vendor Managed Inventory is preferred.

- Ability to perform complex problem solving

- Strong analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills

- Advanced experience with MS Excel and MS Word is preferred

- Excellent skills in interpersonal relationships, communication and teamwork.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and production.

- Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

- Advanced knowledge of Epicor ERP required (or equivalent advanced knowledge of a comparable ERP software required)
