Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and executing capital market debt transactions from the point of engagement through financial close while providing investment banking solutions forthe firm's capital markets platform for IB clients/prospects throughout the country.

Responsibilities:

• Manage business development, deal execution, and management to generate revenue from your current and targeted client base
• Develop financing and strategic advisory transaction ideas
• Market and present the firm's services to new and existing clients
• Create presentations and plans of finance and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and drive the deal execution process
• Source, structure, document, and execute banking transactions across the country

2. Helping the company make the right decisions from picking the best company to merge with or acquire to completing the paperwork.
3. Helping a private corporation for an initial public offer. An investment bankers job here is to help you make this transition. Documentation, legal procedures, market requirements, and everything else is handled by them.
4. Being part of the financial decisions, along with the board of directors, while making crucial decisions like deciding to sell loss-making units.
5. Buying and selling commodities and securities. Investment bankers sometimes have to work in the market, trading different stocks, shares, etc.

Primary Purpose
